  This place is 👍great. The Tiramisu 🇮🇹🍰 is to die for! Go check it out, both me and my friend loved 💜❤ it! Five ✋stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I will definitely go back with everyone that I can. The lemon 🍋 cake is great 👍 too. I love this place and I've only been here once so far but that will definitely change.

  Creative cakes did our wedding cake along with a sweets table. Due to our venue we had a few options for places to go to and my husband and I picked this one because of the reputation. The package we got was a smaller cake so we could do sweets as well. Our cake was beautiful and it tasted delish! We were able to do each layer of cake a different flavor. Creative cakes also made our cake topper our of fondant and it was perfect! The only issue we had was that we had 175 people and it didn't seem like we had nearly enough sweets or cake. There were no leftovers and my husband and I were told by quite a few guests that they never even got any sweets. Other than that they were a real joy to work with and everything was really good!

  Our wedding cake tasting at Creative Cakes was one of the easiest and most fun parts of our wedding planning. We loved trying all the different cake combinations and looking at all the different wedding cake styles. Most importantly, the cake was delicious! Everyone that we worked with was so friendly and helpful. They offered us suggestions on cake sizes and styles, and we were able to choose multiple flavors for our wedding day. They delivered the cake to our venue and it looked beautiful! They’ll even make you a free cake for your 1 year anniversary. I’ll definitely be going back to creative cakes for orders in the future!

  They suck! My son found two hairs in his sandwich and the cupcakes weren’t fresh. They were frozen and old! The coffee was good.

  Excellent cakes and buttercream frosting! My kids love the Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream filling and crushed Oreos on the sides of the cake. I wish the hand decorating wasn't so expensive. I am not a big fan of the printed edible images.

  Friendly service and delicious food. I had the mexicaly wrap for breakfast and highly recommend. Took home some sweets which are always 5 stars.

  I recently called Creative Cakes to order a birthday cake for a friend. The person who took my order over the phone was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She made a few suggestions and my expectations were exceeded when I picked up the cake a few days later. It was a work of art! It was not only a beautiful creation, but it was also delicious. When it comes to cakes or pastries for special occasions, I will not call anyone except Creative Cakes.

  We like creative cakes and cafe very much. We have ordered various cakes, including wedding cakes, from them. We also enjoy the food from the cafe. Just recently I ordered some salads and soup to go. When I reached my friends house we noticed they forgot to put chicken on them. I called and they apologized and delivered new salads with chicken to my friends house in Palos. What wonderful customer service. The food is delicious and now I can't say enough about the service.

  Always a great place with great breakfasts. They serve Intelligentsia coffee which is always a plus. Their seasonal bakery items are the best.

  Let me clarify. The 3 star rating is purely personal. I tried this place out based on an article rating it in the top five of bakeries in Illinois. The store is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The products are fresh and taste good. I live in Frankfort and we have Fleckenstein's bakery close by. I personally feel they are a little better quality and prices are comparable if not a slightly better. Their donut and pastry selection is more diverse but they don't have a cafe or food selection so it's not an apples to apples comparison. So the reason they get 3 stars from me is more location and preference versus them putting out a bad product.

  AWESOME!! Creative cakes is special because the cakes are exactly that- very creative. There's some real artistic talent that goes into making a great-tasting cake, but their designs take it up to another level. My sister also had a little office party there for dinner (good) where afterwards we had a class on cake decorating I don't bake, but I can now decorate a cupcake

  Great food, good service. I like that they have sweets, dessert, and beer/wine. Lots of space so you don't feel cramped, and wifi so you can linger.
