My husband and son visited the dealership one weekend and spoke with John Bingham. They said he was very friendly, helpful and not "pushy" or pressuring them into buying the car, however, they did leave with a car in mind. I went in to see the car later that week, John wasn't in that day, but Al Krajewski was and he helped me out tremendously. I told him that John sent me in to see a specific car, he grabbed the keys and off I went for a test drive. He was extremely friendly and polite and just like John was not the "pushy" car salesman that we had encountered with at other dealerships. He had me fill out the paperwork, he stayed late and waited for my husband and I to come back that night and we left with a great vehicle. Dan the finance man was also very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about our great experience. Very clean dealership, friendly staff.will definitely return when looking to buy another vehicle and highly recommend you visit them too!

I recently bought my camry from here and I could not be anymore happy. Anthony and Andrew were so professional and did everything they could to help me get me the car I wanted! I didn’t even think to look elsewhere because they were so accommodating and helpful. They did everything to make sure I was where I wanted to be budget wise while still getting everything I wanted in a car! Thank you so much!

I’m pretty upset with my overall experience. I decided to go to this location because I moved. Originally I was told I would get a 70$ rebate on my tires, but they put the wrong tires on and also charged me more than I was quoted. I called back and said I felt that I had been ripped off entirely. They did nothing about it. Then, I go to fill out my rebate form and because it’s the wrong tires they aren’t eligible. Do not only did I pay an extra 160$ I also did not get a rebate.
I won’t be coming back. Not my kind of customer service experience. If you make a mistake that is not the customers fault, you should fix it.response / report this review -

Salesman Ron is a great guy. I felt like he truly wanted to get me the best deal possible when I was searching for a new car. I’m 19 and this was my first time car shopping, so he easily could have manipulated me into paying more than what I should have, but he didn’t. He was up front and honest with me, which I appreciated.

I had less-than-perfect credit and had my heart set on a Camry I saw on their website. I'm not sure who the others on here dealt with, but my experience with the used car staff here was nothing but GREAT when I went 2 weeks ago. My sales person, Patrick, and his manager, Rich, were both super nice guys, but more importantly both were very helpful - total top-notch service. The finance guy took time to explain EVERYTHING to me so it was totally clear what I was getting and at what charge. I not only got the car I wanted, they got me a deal I never thought I'd be able to get! I'm a happy happy girl!!

Very bad customer service. I'm a customer since 2014 I have purchased two cars at Tinley Park Toyota. I had very good experience with my first car but after 3 years a lot changed! I bought a car last month. Seller was ok , transaction went smoothly, car -Sold! The most important for them - of course! Today I had a problem with my statement and nobody helped me! I have called them few times and till now Nobody called me back! Lady who picked up - so rude ! She hanged up on me and let the other lady pick up the phone when I called back few seconds later! I don't remember the lady name ( Cathryn -maybe) so nice and helpful. She transferred me to financial department , I left the message but nobody called me back! Never mind I resolved my problem by myself and that's why I decided to leave a feedback to Tinley Park Toyota! Not happy !

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The purchase was actually for my parents, but I went with the help them out. The salesman, Andrew, was very, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He made the experience quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. I would also recommend Andrew to anyone as well.

Would highly recommend this location for purchasing a car. Andrew our salesman was very helpful, and negotiable. He helped us get a great car for a great price. Normally I hate dealerships and salesman, but this place and their staff is the exception. Thank you Andrew for helping make our visit there a pleasant one.

I have never left a review. I thought I would since this is something other people need to know. My husband had purchased a car from here a few years back. About a week or so ago we had been getting these incredibly long messages from a man named Joe who sounded high low and a little extreme. He has almost an entire conversation by himself on our voicemail. What's scarier is he could tell us what our payments are and he wants our car and he's going to take our car and give us money for it towards a new car even if we owe money but don't worry about that just come in and ask for him and he will get us a new car for a payment lower than what we pay right now and it goes on for 3 minutes almost every time. We have 3 messages from him in one day! The other day I just can't take it anymore so I answer and he gets me on the phone asking for my husband and would NOT STOP talking. He didn't let me interrupt him. I would've hung up but I had to ask him to stop calling us. He was rude when he asked me several personal questions he said he wanted to review and after about 15 minutes of him pretty much talking to himself ignoring all of my attempts to interrupt him I told him that I don't know who he is and I'm not comfortable so please just stop calling. He says I baig your pardon?? and hangs up on me. Now it's like we're being stalked. He called several times since I asked him not to. It's why I'm leaving this review. It's 2 stars because I have really liked this dealer but I don't think I'll be returning. This has been very disturbing. Who is this person? Are you aware that this is happening to people? Can someone do something to make it stop?

At 64 years old, this isn't the 1st new car we've ever bought! It is however the best dealership we've ever dealt with! From the internet agent with whom we had our 1st contact through the sales person that got the car prepped for delivery & completed the paper work nothing could have been more pleasant or easier. The entire process was handled with E mails & phone calls, allowing a wider review of prices for our car, not withstanding the usual claims from "other dealers" that "you'll never get THAT price anywhere!" Well I DID get MY price & Orland Toyota did it!!! P.S. Orland Toyota's price was a full $1,700 under that "other dealer"! I "HIGHLY" endorse Orland Toyota & their fantastic sales team! If I ever need another new car, Orland Toyota will be the 1st place I go!!!

Orland Toyota is an A+ dealership. Brittany Ellison was my sales associate and was wonderful. She made the entire process easy and quick. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price and didn't have to spend hours upon hours at the dealership. Highly recommend both Orland Toyota and Brittany Ellison!
