I ordered my grandchildren's Christmas presents online and chose this location for pickup while I was on vacation. When I arrived, the store was very clean, bright, colorful and inviting. The 2 ladies at the customer service counter were very pleasant and helpful. They immediately located my order and I was out of the store in under 5 mins. Very impressive.

Always a great sale.However, some items are a little overpricedThey have the best outfits and toys for my girls and Kohl's cash comes in handy when you remember you have it.

Very helpful and cheerful at the time, I was in there this morning at 8:30 to 9:30 on Tuesday the 14 th, thank you everyone that working was working, you are great at your job! I shared my story of my husband's heart transplant and he was going home today and she said the story gave her great hope, made my day, that and my husband coming home with a new heart😍

It's pretty well kept, not messy. Most of the cashiers are ambivalent, not very friendly. Standard retail.

Visiting from out of town and decided to stop by and use Kohl's dollars before they expired. Did not find exactly what we were looking for, but a very comparable substitute. Only issue we had was our checkout. There was only one register opened when we were preparing to make our purchase. A fellow associate promptly opened another register, but in the interim of checking out both cashiers became engaged in a side conversation with a third employee and we were basically ignored throughout the entire checkout process. Our cashier did not same as though she truly embraced any level of customer service. We just thought someone what want to be made aware.

Got cut-up with store doing exchange and after horrifically rude phone customer rep went back to the store to get some help, the manager couldn't wait to get me out the door and didn't care about it at all. Keep shifting me to other places and when I ask if store would assist me with getting the item, the answer was NO, and I was told that I was capable using their beautiful automated in-store kiosk. OMG can I give -5 stars please, don't get cut-up with them just go and get your stuff where you pay straight forward price.

I love Kohls and the sales and coupon promos. The dressing rooms and sales floor are always ridden with piles of clothes and disorganization. It's no small feat to browse and find what you are looking for so plan accordingly. I go every 2 weeks and find that the customer service staff are consistently cold and not so nice. It's hit or miss for the cashiers upfront. They may offer a coupon or discount if you don't have one depending on who you are and what you look like

This is a Kohl's, which means the clothes and quality are just ok. It's acceptable quality. The prices however are not any good, unless things have a decent sale or you've got some Kohl's cash on you. Fortunately, the staff here are always pleasant, informed about sales and move very quickly. Don't be intimidated by a long line. It'll come down in short order.

Unjustifiable SCAM allude to RETURN at KOHL'S

The only positive experience about Kohl's is that they are behind several centuries and if you're not a senior citizen or yelling at smartphone like insane person this is the company that will take you for everything you have if you try to attempt to do something convent or modern way. Rip-off and Scam is specialty better then clotting or home goods. If you shop online and don't want to go to the store or simply don't have time for it and purchase something online and have to “exchange” it's a scam. First you have to return by driving to one of the awful stores and get annoyed by one of the employees and spend the whole evening that way, and then you have to purchase item over again. And for the most part it's online only item to begin with or if you even attempt to try returning it back to which ever phantom place you purchased it from they blackmail you in to going to the store. When you refuse they offer to handle shipping and never pickup the item, it took 3 hours and 7 calls and you lose every promotional price you ever ended up getting. And they take back Kohl's Cash faster then you can imagine, remember “exchange” dose not exist, if you buy a wrong size and shop at Kohl's just throw it way it would be much cheaper. Ended up paying double and had to pay for every cost they were responsible for, if they tell you to let them handle the shipping just take it to the post office and send it yourself they never going to do it so would never have to refund the item.
