gross bugs in the tub, also looked like cockroach poop in the matress binding, there was no juice for breakfast, just stale bagels, no butter, and disgusting coffee

Went a walk in no body answered the phones while they were in business poor help I was ready to do business no body showed up to be attentive with me this was on a Saturday hopefully they will pull it together act have a better attitude like a will

So deceitful. Horrible, deplorable, flat out NASTY!!!! Would not recomend for a dog to stay in. My dog house is nicer than this hotel. Smelled like a dead body in the hallway to the room. The carpet in the room was so nasty and dirty my son and i slept with our shoes on. NO JOKEHORRIBLE.!!!
The pictures on the website must be from 20 years ago and has never been updated.
The only nice thing i can say about this hotel is the receptionist was very kind.

This is one of the filthiest places to live in Ohio !!! We moved three times as soon as we checked in coz every room smell rotten and stinks .. all linen is never washed and feels like reused from previous occupants This property is owned by Foreign people as always they say motel king but when you walked in it's garbage place and zero worth of money ..beware and never ever go for the little cheaper price they offer better spend twenty buck more and go for American owned property today we come to know what you get what you pay for one of the worst experiences ever in America to stay.

Rooms were clean and bug free. Motel is showing a little age. The ironing board was broken abandoned the iron was missing. Only one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel in the room. Staff was very helpful.

Horrible experience here. Would definitely not recommend for a woman traveling alone. The employees when I arrived was awesome-kind and courteous. When I left, the front desk fellow had to wake another employee up from the couch to take me to the airport. When I arrived back from my trip, I called them like what is instructed on the card. They told me to call when I got outside-which I thought was very strange because I already had my bag and was heading outside. I called again when I got outside. Not a problem there. I called again after 15 minutes. At that point, evident someone else called from inside and want told what I was told. The driver was informed there were two groups. When I was on the phone asking where the vehicle was. The other group loaded and they left. That quick. I called the hotel back(fourth call). The hotel said there was another group, hung up on me again. I thought he was contacting the driver. Nope! I was stuck outside the airport, with no security in sight for over an hour in Cleveland. I will be flying again out of Cleveland, but I will never use them. I received so many other people hotel cards from where they stayed. The other people( that were coming and going) telling me where they stayed. The attitude that I received, when I wasn't giving them one, is the main reason. This place is very unprofessional! Spend the extra money and go some place nice!!!!

Plus you get to hear the bar all night.

Awful hotel. So very outdated and bed has bugs!!! Old bath towels. Have to take ur towels to wash and give back! What hotel does that? Lousy breakfast service. Pool not even open. I could go on and on but if u need a place go to red roof or days inn. Same price but hell of lot better room and services!

Dirty, the floor in the bathroom felt slimy when wet, dirt in every corner in the bathroom. Took awhile to figure out how to get hot water and it only got warm after about 20-30 minutes. Whatever was on the bottom of the tub looked filthy. Possible slip proof tapes, but I couldn't tell with how dirty they were. Rusted drain in the bathtub. I itched all night in the bed. I will not ever stay here again.

Would not recommend this place at all. Breakfast food was inadequate. Looks nice from the outside but once inside it needs a lot of remodeling. Spend a little extra and stay elsewhere.
