Before you shop at this establishment please read the following: They committed fraud and stole money by falsely charging my debt card. They won’t return the money they stole from me.
This is the worse experience I have ever had. My first and last time ever shopping here.
I purchased some items with a gift card I got for Xmas and debt card from the online store 18 Dec 2017. This was work uniforms for the new job I start in 10 days. I got no confirmation email or anything saying the order was shipped. I call in on 20 Dec to check the order. Everything was fine they said I had nothing to worry about. I told them I could not see the order on my online acct. They said it was a glitch-everything was fine.
I call back on 23 Dec because the order was late to check status it was not delivered. They have no record of the order being created, shipped or anything. Funny BC they took money from my gift card and my debit card. I went in circles for 90 Min with a customer service rep and a manager. Telling them to get me my order or refund my money. The refuse to refund my money or give me my order.
I’m left with no uniforms and they stole my money- they over charged the debit card too. This is a horrible situation since I spent literally my last dime on this order. I’m also a veteran that has been out of the job market for 16 months. I finally get a job and now I’m scammed by this entity.
I contacted my bank but it will take forever to dispute the transaction.
Then also kohl’s absolutely refused to refund the money on the gift card. Just out right said no.
No one deserves to be treated this way. Especially when times are very hard for some of us.
I hope no one else has this happen.

Had a good time at the jewelry area. A assistant called Shouney helped me out a bunch. I picked up some earrings for my mother and I didn't realize they looked off a bit so I asked to exchange them for another same pair. I was a little embarrassed but within a minute I had a different pair. Very happy. I will be coming here for jewelry rather than Jared. They tend to ignore me if I don't bring a fancy purse or outfit.

Store was a mess. We were looking for a 4t dress shirt for my son. The department was such a mess. Clothes were all over the place. Not one item was on a rack with matching items. I know Christmas is a hectic time, but take some pride in your store and get that straightened up. To top everything off we found 1 shirt, but they couldn't even figure out the price for it. It had a tag, but wasn't in the system.

I usually use the online pick up in store. Today I did not and there was no line. Cashier was friendly and efficient. His name was Robert. This store usually has what I am looking for and it is close.

My mom and her best friend visited this store after driving nearly an hour to get there. They were targeted from the beginning. They spent over $100 but then were humiliated and assaulted over a pair of $5 head phone they accused my mom of stealing. After they illegally went through my mom purse they found the head phones where my mom said she left them, INSIDE THE STORE, NOT IN HER PURSE OR ON HER. This happened 7/31/17 in the afternoon. The manager, that giant security girl that was so rude to my mom and the guy that kept telling my mom "we could do this two ways" shame on all of you! My mother did nothing wrong, she didn't take anything at all except the big bag of merchandise she PAID FOR. And they still did not give her back her Diver Licens. The way my mother and her friend were treaded was so wrong and unethical. They should all be ashamed of themselves.

So many choices, cute styles of clothes. Home section also has good selection and things you don't see in other stores. The monthly coupons are fantastic, as are the sales.

We went there for a general trip. We found a few nice items. You can get some good deals there if you're willing to take some time. They have good rewards and sales events. I highly recommend them.

Kohls here is alright, but the mens clothing area is always a mess where the jeans are at. Out of size and brand order, looks like taz ran through. Everything else is organized and is either a hit or miss on good items.

Clean store and clean restrooms. Lots of sections to choose from. From clothing to bedding, kitchen and decor. Pricey but nice products.
