This is a pretty standard department store for clothing. Similar to JC Penney and Macy's. The thing that turns me off about Kohl's is the way they handle pricing. If you don't join their rewards program, you pay a huge markup. And if you do join their rewards program, it becomes a game of waiting for good coupons and trying to use Kohl's cash before it expires. It's like a casino. With clothes racks.

Sometimes clearance racks can get pretty crazy. These were very organized even though there was a lot of it. It was nice!

Decent experience. I just wish cashiers would remember to ask for rewards cards. Getting points added 48 hrs later is annoying since the customer service staff can't do math or speak English.

Great selection of merchandise and can always find a good sale. No need to go to multiple clothing stores to fill you needs. All can be found at Kohl's for a reasonable price in a fairly short time. My go-to place for clothes.

Not really much to say. It's a shopping center and cost is not much better than most other stores. Lines are always long and the service is far from good. The only good thing about this store is that they have a decent selection of goods. Not a place I would suggest to people who need to save time and money.response / report this review -

The store is a mess. One of the messiest Kohl's I've been to, even by recent standards. Customer service was absent. There was a manager and two employees working the register so it was slow and bad. I'll still go back because I don't have a great choice.

Horrible customer service. Called to have an employee check on an online item that stated "limited availability". The employee kept me on hold for over 20 minutes and then I got disconnected. I called back and she told me in a very rude and frazzled manner that I had to come in to check myself if they truly had any stock because "there were just too many sweaters". When I asked her how I would find it if she couldn't find it (as someone who works in that department), she just laughed. She deserves to be fired..If you don't like working with people and clothes, why are you working in Misses at Kohls? She deserves to be fired.
