  Great place to buy affordable, quality clothes. Returns are a breeze. Kohls cash and store card are get incentives too.

  Very nice and clean atmosphere with good lighting to shop. Sorry some manufacturers have lessened their item selection to be more online shopping available providing less in-store products.
  Kohl's had all in merchandise to see from the places I want to buy from but items I want are no longer manufactured

  Kohl's always has a good selection from shoes to more business and formal wear. The only problem that I ever have is that there never seems to be enough service in the Departments. Whenever I go in early in the morning I still find areas that are a complete mess from the previous day's business. I'm an early morning person so typically I will go in towards store open. Frontline checkouts have always been staffed by friendly people. If it was not for the Departments that were left a mess I would most definitely rate a four-star.

  I returned a pair of men's boots my husband bought online. The customer service center was very helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  It is always work checking out coupons. One cashier in particular is excellent at getting you deals, it's a nice blonde gal, some of the other workers however are just doing their job. Love the clearance section too, there's always an overabundance of selection.

  I only shop at Kohls if I have to. I think they hike their prices so they can offer you a "great savings sort of sale" when in the end the price is equivalent to regular price for anywhere else. Associates at the registers are friendly enough. Good luck finding an associate through out the store to help you out.
