An excellent location to have some family fun entertainment. The tickets were reasonably priced when compared to theatres where I live. Moreover, they had clean bathrooms and even a bar for people who needs a drink before watching their favorite movie. AP Score: Visit

Very nice theater. Staff is friendly, on occasions when the theater isn't crowded its an absolute treat. They even have a bar and you can bring drinks into the movie with you! It's also pretty easy to carry food into, the staff don't look too closely and it's easy to get away with.

The only viable movie option in Dubuque but it is a great location regardless. Great value, love the Stubs card and the options that it holds. I still can't get over movie theaters having bars in them but it is an interesting option. I love the Coke machines and its many options, it does streamline the process! It would be interesting to see them to at some time expand but it is a real gem in an incredibly small market.

Very good theatre system and good food. The prices are a little bit high but you can get refills on some of the food and drinks. They have muli rooms for watching different movies at different times. Also they get the new movies on the day they come out so if you want to see them day onego there.

Over priced, I only gave it one star because they worked with Dupaco. Dupaco had a promotion for kids at school, for $1 per ticket you could watch 1 of 2 kids movies.

Nice, clean, enjoyable place. Employees are always friendly. Would give more stars but showtime are awful. Hardly ever see any movie times before 1, especially on week days. Would be nice to have options before or around noon for young children or even for parents wanting to see a movie while kids are in school.

Very nice, comfortable theater. Seats are comfortable, bathrooms are large and clean. Concession stand clean and popcorn is plentiful. Lots of parking; easily visible off of NW Arterial. Employees have always been very nice and accomodating. Although we have a theater closer, this is our preferred theater.

Nice theaters. Need better management and customer service in my opinion. I'm a Stubs Premier member and I'm rarely asked for my phone number to get rewards. Sometimes I'm asked for my card. Tried several times to get one bit am always told I just need my phone number. Standing in Stubs member only lines never gets me anything. And I'm never advised at concessions what upgrades I get gor being a member. And yes, I pay for the membership. Saw Wonder Woman recently and there was a single ticket agent. Single line out the door at 4pm. We tried the kiosk to get our ticktets. Which was great except it didn't take my phone number for stubs rewards. Then when we walked past the ticket counter the 60 year old man selling tickets yelled at us for not giving him our tickets. I thought they had other staff members behind the ticket sales counter that actually took our tickets. Guess not. Every time we go to this AMC something unpleasant happens. But the theaters are nice.

Comfortable and seating area is generally pretty clean. As a parent I like that they have the booster seats for little kids to help hold the seats down. Admission is actually much more reasonable than a few years ago.
Food is WAY over priced for the quality you receive. Obvious where they are making the money (and then some) from reducing ticket prices and slashing staff. Popcorn is ok but you have to dispense something that resembles butter on top yourself after they hand you a full bag. After the first few greasy handfuls it is the plainest and driest popcorn around. In the past they would at least add something that actually tasted like real butter after they added each scoop. Drinks you now get to serve yourself after buying a very expensive cup. The Coke Freestyle machines never taste quite right as the carbonation mixture seems to be a bit off.response / report this review -

Great theater that I have visited on multiple occasions. Comfortable seats, good sound, comfortable place all in all. I personally have not sampled any of their concessions or drinks from their new bar.
