I ordered a birthday present for my wife online using a gift card and debit for S&H. Two weeks later, I get an email from the fraud department saying they cannot deliver my order without me calling them. This was my first order from Kohl's. The two operators said my order was flagged because it not match my "shopping pattern", but would be shipped after I verified my info. A week later, the amount had bern removed from my debit account, without the gift card amount removed! I called again and was told that even though my order showed evidence of a gift card having been processed on the order, I can't get a full refund because I didn't keep the used card from almost a month ago. So they profile me for ordering women's clothing under a man's name, have 2 operators assure me the order has gone through fine, then take money from my account that they will not refund after canceling the order.

Well I'm 100% sure u guys make up prices then lower them down a random amount just to make customers think they're getting a deal. But it's really nice in there and the employees are nice. Prices are still high but the clothes on clearance are good deals.

The store was all straightened up since Christmas .neat and orderly. The gal checking me out was very friendly. Customer before me was purchasing a Hawkeye cooler and they didn't know what the item was that was hanging from it. I was able to help them by suggesting a bottle opener.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Tried to exchange an item for a larger size which they had available online. Made me return the shoe and then use their stupid touch screen kiosk which made me want to gouge my eyeballs from their sockets. Why pay employees if you just have them direct your customers to a freaking machine??????? I had horrible customer service, at least the machine couldn't talk to me.

There were no cashiers at the checkout. The one employee near by looked over at me twice then made an annoyed face before putting down the items in here hands and heading over to the register. I decided I didn't need anything they were selling that bad and left them on the counter. Bad customer service=no sale

Had Kohl's Cash and rewards cash and coupons to use. Didn't have my shoe size nor bra size. Very frustrating, but i shouldn't be surprised. It happens all the time. Kinda thinking i'll stop shopping there.

Competitive pricing, Helpful employees, and an enourmous selection of goods. Kohl's has, in many way, replaced the Sears and JC Penney's like stores of the past as the one stop shopping location for clothing, kitchewares, bedding etc.
The only reason this is not a 5 star recommendation is that during the busy seasons like Christmas time Kohl's can become a mess. The volume of traffic the store experiences is apparently more than the seasonal staff can keep up with.

Your pretty typical Kohls experience. The store did get a much needed remodel in 2015. Pretty wide selection of clothing for everyone. Men's clothing even has some items for taller fits.

Least favorite Kohls location. Have limited inventory and while their app is great it's often wrong in regards to what they do and don't' have available for purchase. Their inventory also is not updated frequently and will be out of standard kitchen items for weeks.

My experience can be summed up as awful. It appears as though a tornado tore through their men's section and the employees appear to not particularly care about the appearance or proper pricing of clothes. Every damn pair of pants is labeled nearly the exact same making it difficult to determine if you're looking at the $29.99 pants or what ultimately I price checked at $100.00 pants with the cashier. I left and will not return. Yes the deals are ok but good luck finding the appropriate items with the signage.

Always great, never had any issues. If you plan your purchases around coupons and Kohl's Cash promotions, you can realize some serious savings.
