Went to exchange an item I received as a gift at my bridal shower last week and the cashier working today 10/23 with blonde hair (didn't catch her name) was rude as soon as I walked up and told her I had a return. She then tells me ok the card you paid with will be refunded. Um what? This was a gift to ME that somebody else bought. So what am I supposed to do say "hey, I returned the item you bought for me and the money is back on your card so can you just give me the money back?" No. That is rude. So I will count that gift as a loss. Thanks a lot.

I love getting lost here for an hour , or it's convenient to pop in and just pick up a quick gift. They have a great selection of the melty waxes. The prices are fair. Great place to get inspired, or ready for a Holiday, or a fun event! I have had good success with the clothing section & jewelry ‼️✨

Lot of variety for home decorations. Sometimes the prices are high. With patience, sales and coupons, you can find the right price on items.

Tai Pan is very mixed. It is a fun place to go and see decorations, like another review mentioned it is fun for dates or to kill time, but it is pretty expensive. Their normal prices are way over priced, but they do have great sales where the prices are cheap. Especially if you go after a holiday, all decorations are 50-75% off. So those sales and prices get a 5 star, and the normal prices a 2. Customer service is very low.
