The owner is a great lady. She is very patient and helpful. She knows her frames, how to find a good fit, and her inventory well. My wife and I are incredibly happy with our choice to come here. We love our new frames! The eye doctors are a dime a dozen. But the owner makes this place my first recommendation in Utah County!

Amazing! After wasting time and money at America's best to get contact lenses I went to Insight eye care and the doctor was exceptional explaining me the best options to not have the lenses bother my eyes. He corrected the axis and done! Doctor knows what he's doing. Thanks insight eye care!

My experience at Insight Eye Care was great! I have never seen better than I do in my glasses I got from them. They had so many cute options to choose from! The doctors and staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend going here!

We love Insight Eye Care! Our family has been coming here for years and I just picked up my latest pair of glasses on Saturday. The Dr.'s are thorough in their exams as well as friendly and professional. We love Melissa and her optical staff too! Insight's frame selection is AMAZING! I wear glasses full time so I am always on the hunt for great looking frames and I always have the hardest time deciding because there are just so many great styles to choose from. My 7 year old daughter was also just fitted for her first pair of glasses from Insight and we just couldn't be happier with how they turned out. My daughter loves them!!

The doctor is nice but not friendly or welcoming. He also gave me the wrong contact prescription. Not terrible but not quality service. You'd have a better experience elsewhere.

My initial experience here was okay, Dr. Mendenhall was knowledgable and helpful during my exam (and my husband's exam). Melissa (office manager) was really easy to work with and personable as she helped us pick out our frames. Unfortunately, since I got my glasses, nothing has gone right. First, when my lenses arrived, they were cut too small and incorrectly fitted to my frames. I went to have them fixed and the girls at the front desk told me they could only replace one lens (weird, both were poorly fitted). Unfortunately, the lens they replaced was fitted at 90 degree angle, so my eye can't adjust and see clearly at all through the lens. I expressed concern and the girls wouldn't double check their work, they told me to wait a week until my eyes adjusted. (Again, weird, because my prescription was originally correct, why would it be off now?) 10 days of headaches later, I went back and was lucky to be helped by Melissa (not the front desk girls). She quickly identified the problem and said she would rush order new lenses I've been waiting for almost a week now, calling back every day and my "rush" ordered lenses are still not in. Long story short, Melissa is very helpful, but the girls at the front desk know very little. If there were more competent and helpful people working here, this would be a different review.
