Was helping a friend get accommodations for the weekend. Service was fast and friendly, and prices were low. The bathroom in the room was clean and the TV worked this time. But the damp musty smell hits you when you enter the room. No other places had any vacancies, so my friend stayed; unfortunately I couldn't stay with her due to the smell that faded a little when the AC was cranked up to freezing cold.

The owner Sam ,his family and staff are wonderful . Very friendly and helpful . Have stayed here a few times . Always a great stay .

Not an amazing place to stay if you're a women needing to travel by yourself. Someone called my room (presumably from the office???) every other hour between 1 and 5 am while I was trying to sleep, other guests harassed me before I had even gotten coffee (not hotel's fault to be fair), and then I wasn't allowed to make my own waffle at breakfast (???), which I'm sure was meant as a nice gesture but resulted in it being undercooked and making me sick. You get what you pay for.

Overprice. Hotel service was not a friendly one. Also no soap on my room upon arrival. What a detail that was. Also Cigar smell on a non smoking room. Will never visit again. One anf only good thing, room was clean.

The sheets had fuz balls on them and were thin as tissue paper. The sheets had holes in them and stains on them. The sheets also had long blonde hair on them and being that I am a military vet with buzzed hair, it wasn’t mine. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke and I didn’t smoke. There were drug seeking people knocking on doors in the morning and a prostiute smoking all night in the parking lot. The parking lot is also very small and tight. The morning guy working the front desk didn’t let me make my own waffle. Then he proceeded to touch it with his bare hands without washing his hands. The only reason why I stayed here was because I needed a place to lay my head. My advice, sleep outside and you will get bit by less bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I have stayed at this location multiple times, and each time I stay it is more than exceptional. The rates are perfect, and the service this is amazing. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times. And the rewards program is absolutely the best.

Clean rooms. Newly updated. Comfortable king size bed. The owners were very friendl6. Housekeeping staff member Tammy was helpful and courteous. Pet friendly :)

Even though the price is low I felt the room was a bit dirty and could have been even cheaper. There seems to be a lot of cars coming and going from the hotel.

Seems to be a nice place. I was only visiting my parents who were staying at this motel. The bed was big and comfy. The room was clean and had a couch and desk area. It was also nice and quiet even though you are right off 41. The only thing I didnt like is having to make a u-turn to get to it.

When we first booked our room, we requested non-smoking and it smelled like cigarettes and dog. We asked for a room change and the second room had a dead lizard in it. My mom wanted to leave then. We asked for a refund which they couldn't give us because they had a no refund policy they didn't even make vary clear. We asked for credit or to get switched to one of their other hotels in another location but they couldn't. So we got another room and it smelled like cigarettes again. Although the lady at the front desk was patient, I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they don't care.

Very comfortable stay, the rooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly and made you feel at home. The continental breakfast was a plus. I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. If you want an affordable hotel with clean rooms and great service then this is the place.
