The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean & had full amenities (wifi, microwave, fridge, channel lineups,do not disturb signs, etc.) There's even a pool in the rear. Good price for a clean, quiet and peaceful stay.

Myself, as well as my son and 3.8-year-old grandson, stayed here 11/03/17 - 11/05/17 and enjoyed our time. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Very low rates for a last minute reservation. Comfortable beds. Long walk to the ice & vending machines. Antique AC unit was either freezing or off.

I would have rather slept in the car to be honest. It was really really filthy and our room smelt strongly of mold. There was hair and dust everywhere, I’m not sure the last time they had cleaned in there other than the sheets and the toilet. I probably wouldn’t ever visit again, it’s worth the money to get a better hotel if you can afford it. Location is nice though.

We had a pleasant stay. There are a lot of motels in the area. If you aren't familiar with the area you might get stuck staying the night sleeping next to a bunch of tweakers and hookers. This place is nicer though. We had no incidents whatsoever. Which is a miracle for the area that it's in. The rooms are clean. Fridge and microwave work. Pool is clean. Vending machine with snacks. No visitors. No bicycles in the room. You have to lock it by the pool, but there are security cameras that can view all areas so it's relatively safe if you have a good lock. I didn't like how the TV didn't have a guide to view what shows were coming on or which channel was which. They have free tea and coffee in the morning. I paid $79 plus $100 deposit on a Wednesday. Walk-ins can check in whenever they want but if you make reservations online you must wait until 3pm to check-in.

So over the course of 3 months me and my husband stayed here every week or so. We have never been disappointed. Their rooms have always been clean and spacious. We always booked online and never had a problem with it. The staff are cool and do their jobs well. Overall Knights inn is a great hotel chain.

This hotel is gross and disgusting and ran by rude and unprofessional people. They say you have 10 mins to complain about your room after you check in, and they will fix the issues. But 10 mins is not nearly enough time to find all of the things wrong with this hotel. For one, the shower didn't work. The water barely trickled out and went from drastic hot to freezing cold. The room is dirty and full of holes in the wall and run down floors and carpet. We complained when we checked out and got yelled at by the man at the front for not complaining earlier or filing a maintenance request. But I didn't want to switch rooms and maintenance wouldn't be able to fix the issues with this place. It needs to be knocked down and replaced. Thanks for the crappy stay here guys and for the poor service. He refused to do anything to fix it and kept blaming us for it. DO NOT STAY HERE. I paid almost $80 a night (which is pretty low for a hotel in LA) and I feel like I way over paid for it. Beware.

I wasn't there for too long, but the place itself was not too bad. The is no coffee maker in the rooms, but there is a minifridge and microwave, so sorta half equipped. The beds are too hard to be called comfortable, but not hard enough to be bad.

I found this place reasonably good for the price. It had very nice customer service, and overall quality of stay was great - not too noisy, clean rooms, parking right by the building. However, nice things aside, they apparently dont have a "do not disturb" hanger. My room got cleaned when I didn't need it cleaned, and I found the door open when I got back to my room in the night. Which leads me to my next point - the doors don't close very easily. You have to really check if the door is closed, because they are installed poorly and don't close all the way unless pressure is applied.

Staff was nice and easy to work with. The room was decent for the price but could use a little fixing up. But it was a clean and safe place to sleep for the night. The location is easy to find and close to a lot.

Visited a friend staying there. Good parking. Nice staff. Love how close it is to Disney without being crowded.

Friendly staff with great customer service. The suites are large with 3 comfortably firm queen beds. Great water pressure and temperature control for those who need it, and a strong, free WiFi connection for business or YouTube etc.

I thought the location was very convenient. It was about a ten minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm. It was very cheap with a reasonable room provided. I got a king size bed for about $70 a night last minute. However, you can tell the hotel is a little old but, I did not mind. I would definitely stay here again for the price.

Stayed there for because I traveled for work. Needs a lot of improving. Looks like someone newly purchased the hotel and is trying to make improvements while staying opened. Bed was comfortable. Walls and carpet c Should be replaced. Desk chair needs cleaning or replacement. Heater smelled like burned roaches, could have been heating element. Probably wasn't used in a while.

We stayed for a total of 8 days as an awesome central location to several amusement parks and attractions. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the service of the hotel on just about all accounts. We left maid service sign on our door at day two for two days and received nonemail during the duration. I also took advantage of the swimming pool and found it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper as well. If you are looking for cheap place to stay, it will work, be very appealing.
