It's an older hotel in need of an update. However, the room was clean and the beds were comfy which are 2 important things in my book.

Run down, dilapidated ,smells of urine , looks "nice " driving by. The rooms are filthy ,smell bad and are run down. While the location is good ,even the continental breakfast is bad ,recommend a days in. Or Ramada inn, there are other problems that I will likely mention later ,maintenance is horrible .

Worst hotel I've ever had to stay at. If I could give no stars I would. Here's why: There were stains on the carpet, bedding, chairs, lamps, curtains, just about everything fabric. They did not clean the room 100% everytime, they left dirty towels and didn't change sheets that needed to be changed. My boyfriend's ring was stolen out of our hotel room, the only person to enter the room while we were away was the cleaning lady and instead of trying to help us, we we're blamed by the horrible GM, it's been 3 weeks since this has happened and he still hasn't contacted me as promised. The breakfast was gross and the food that was supposed to be warm was cold. The front desk employees were airheaded, I had to come back downstairs twice to get my keys to my room finally working. The elevator was very old and rickety, no lights worked on the inside of it. Do not stay at this hotel! You will regret it!

Reserved a room for two nights. My husband and I had our dog. They did say no pets. but service dogs welcomed. Well they denied us even though my dog is an ESA for me oh and this whole thing happened at midnight! What they did was breaking the law. I will be reporting their butts, if I could give no star or minus star I totally would

Great price. Clean motel with good breakfast. The beds are a little more form than I like and the pillows are very small. The water was nice and hot. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the great price, I would stay here again.

Refrigerator was turned off. Leaked all over the floor. Hotel provided a couple towels. No facial tissues. Smelly. Complimentary breakfast is extremely lacking. The rooms aren't horrible, just nothing to want to come back to.

The rooms are quaint and cozy, but some things weren't perfect. There weren't enough towels, the toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet, and some of the bed sheets were stained. But, the breakfast was pretty good and the drive to Disneyland is quick! Overall it's not a bad hotel to stay at if you don't mind a little quick fixes.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The pool a d hot tub looked nice, but I was unable to give them a try. The property is in bit rundown, and they only have 1 ice machine that people are likely to empty in the morning filling coolers. Other than those minor flaws the property was great. I would stay again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. Plus it's a super easy drive to Disneyland for people not familiar with the area like us!

The location was a poorer area than expected. We selected this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland, but despite the stars the hotel received, the quality was horrible. They charged us 3 times for the stay, the room was in an unsecured, unmarked area of the hotel. The bathroom was falling apart. The room was small and needs to be updated. The night clerk who checked us in was the same clerk who checked us out 12 hours later. The room was poorly identified and we had to search for it just to find it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was the worst nights sleep I've had in awhile.

Hotel is nice and presentable and breakfast was good. Our room was clean just a little rough. The hotel is nice and room was clean but the furniture was a little rough and the towels were on the tattered side. My daughter and myself did enjoy the spa and the pool area was nice. The back parking area is pitch black and has no lighting. Other than that the stay was great!

Stayed here for local business meetings. Everything went smoothly. The rooms were nice and comfortable, parking was good, check in and check out was smooth, and the breakfast bar made this stay a great value. The jacuzzi was perfect after a long day in meetings

Buckets catching rain leaking from the ceiling. Opened my ice bucket and found a hair and used tissue. Room smelled bad and no closet and bath tub flooded during shower. On the bright side, the complimentary continental hot breakfast is the best I've ever had for a motel this price. The price was great. Distance to Disneyland great. Lobby nice too and pool and jacuzzi included.
