I would NEVER stay or recommend this location to anyone. I am not afraid of value hotels, and understand you get what you pay forbut rude staff aside, I was not comfortable in this hotel at all. The hotel itself was filthy, the phone in my room didn't function (and was known not to), they had broken equipment rusting and collecting spider webs. It was just plain gross. Never again.

Stayed for 3 nights in a king non-smoking room and what we got was on par with what we paid for. We chose this location cuz it was all I could afford, but I'd stay again if necessary. Read other reviews ahead of time so we were prepared for the worst. Check-in went smoothly, the room looked fine when we walked in, plenty of towels and toilet paper, but before we got settled I inspected everything. Couple towels and pillow cases were stained. They'd obviously been cleaned, it was just stuff that wouldn't come out in the wash, but I set them to the side and didn't touch them the rest of the weekend. No big deal, we'll use our beach towels. I wiped things down, too, and my baby wipes came up clear, which was a relief. Hot water in the shower was always great, but the shower head is kind of low. At 5'7" shampooing my hair was a bit of a hassle. The TV was bolted to the dresser which is understandable but there was little to no soundproofing to this place and we wanted to move the TV closer so we didn't bug our neighbors too much. There was a mini fridge and a microwave but no blow dryer, coffee maker, or ironing board. The free breakfast is coffee and snack cakes. The one day we took advantage of that, they had honey buns. Not quite breakfast food, but oh well. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign up whenever house keeping was making rounds, so I can't offer an opinion on that. The only bug we saw all weekend was a wasp that snuck it's way into our room. We killed it and checked for any nests, but it was totally clear. There is a pretty sizable gap at the bottom of the door so we're thinking that's how it got in. We stuffed one of the towels under there for the rest of our stay just in case. Check out took a minute because there was no one at the front desk and I don't think their little button works. I had to call the hotel's phone number and told him we were at the desk. Honestly it's a pretty rinky-dink little place but you're paying next to nothing for it. For our three night stay I paid as much as I would for one night at a fancy place. If you're making the trip on a tight budget or only look at hotels as a place to sleep, it isn't awful. If I had the money to go somewhere nicer I would, but if I were to visit Bonifay again with the same budget I wouldn't mind staying here a second time.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs! Did I mention bed bugs!!! Oh and the bathroom door knob fell off in my hand when I gently pulled it to close but then again it was only being held on by masking tape!

This is the cheapest place around. I knew what I should expect when I came here. There is WiFi, cable, a hot shower,clean towels and bedding all of which I need. They dont spend money on remodels crappy breakfast and other things the more expensive places do. There's nothing here I don't need and that's why the place can remain affordable. Great place for those balling on a budget.

Check-in was quick and easy. The person working at the front desk was very polite and gave clear instructions. The room was clean and had a TV, microwave, and small fridge. The shower was a bit small, but overall the bathroom had everything I needed besides toiletries.

This hotel was clean n there was hot water when you took a bath/shower. The staff was really friendly n the rates are very reasonable for this place.

dirty motel, rates high, had stayed 2 years before, rooms were dated then but clean, management was extra friendly, on this trip rooms still dated, but dirty, rates had almost doubled, only 2 towels & washcloths in room, when I asked for 2 more of each, manager told me I was lots of trouble,room had towels,he even questioned me ask to how many were in room, I told him we had 4 people in the room, I guess he wanted us to share towels, he did get me 2 more towels & washcloths, but not before he told me how much trouble I was for him. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, both times there was a group of us (7) sharing 2 rooms, first visit nice, 2nd one was terrible. We were there in April of 2015 for a sickness last time , the dates this time April 12 & 13, 2017, for a death, the management really needs to learn to speak English & he also needs manners in customer service.

Lobby was clean. The only guy on staff was asleep when we arrived to check in. He looked dishevelled and was very short with us. The room looked as if it hadnt been stayed in for quite sometime. It was clean on a technical level but definitely musty and uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless you are desperate or cant afford a better room.

This is absolutely the worst place I have Ever experienced in my life! First they could barely speak English or understand it, second when I finally got a room I asked for a Non smoking room and yet they put me in a smoking room. I am highly allergic to cigarettes, also the room had trash on the floor by the bed and refrigerator, the tub was filthy the bed looked slept in and then remade. I left the room immediately, asked for my money back and they refused me. Said I could have a different room, the next room was just as bad after I looked it over. I returned the key and left. Again this is the worst place you could ever stay at!!! Normally I give great reviews to most places I go but Not this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!
