The place was clean, and had great service checking in and making reservations, however the towels and sheets all had some small stains on them. The telephone in the room didnt work, which we didnt really need but my main concern was that there was no safety latch on the door, so that made me feel a little unsafe.

This Motel was a clean port in the Hurricane Irma storm. We came in at 3am and the owner waited up for us. We had to extend our stay and he accommodated us then too. We are more than grateful. It has a good sized mini fridge and microwave. Bring your coffee pot. The rooms were bigger than i expected and will accommodate a wheelchair into the bathroom and the sink is accessible. There is a laundromat on the other side of the motel and this town of Marianna has the nicest people.

Just like the other reviews about this place don't judge a book by its cover it looked scary at first glance but the staff were super friendly and made us feel comfortable rooms were bigger than I expected the hotel is old so obviously it's not 5 star but nice and clean great for the price we got it 54$

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, microwave & frig., mostly quiet, excellent wifi signal, parking spaces have plenty of room on either side.

Cons: No hot water (luke warm,) train comes through at night and is loud, wifi didn't work.

It's obvious they have put hard work into refurbishing this older motel and it shows. Even though we had a few concerns I would say here again when/if I come through here again. Overall a positive experience.

Yeah, the room was ridiculously out dated (there were pics above the bed we had as children in our bathroom25 yrs ago) good ol' box tv, curtains had cigarette burns in thembut all in all, room was what you pay for. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, heat and air worked and wasn't loud, bathroom was clean and functional. The staff was super nice, other than her kids were running around the hotelto include behind the desk as we were checking in around 10pm.

Rooms are clean. It reminds me of the old days while traveling. You can't beat the price to get a good night's sleep. There is a train that blows its horn on the ridiculous side of WTF.

The carpet, bedding and bathroom were clean and looked newly replaced. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. Simple and affordable. Lovely owners.

Room, average motor lodge, with clean carpet, microwave and fridge.
The queen bed not so nice. Two pieces of linen (sheet and comforter), mattress firm (which was alright), the boxspring worn out with holes in the side.
The window unit ran loudly all the time, whether in cycle, or not.
All in all this may be the best value in town for the budget minded.
