A very beautiful park, for nature lovers. In this marvelous spectacle, one can see the effects of water erosion, through falling water. A great hike to explore the sink holes, and learn about the topography of the area. Our world is rapidly changing, and the best way to see that is by looking at the earth itself. By going to Falling Waters State Park, you can achieve all that in one fell swoop.

it was a long walk to the falls from the waterfall.. But once you got there it was beautifulthey are NOT handicap accessible .The grounds were great, but DO NOT RENT LOT 19 ! It does not get shade until almost dark I was in a tent and it was impossible to go in after sun up..We had to do a make shift sun shade to be able to sit around outside..But all the other sites were good and shady. We had night time critter visitors that ate some of our food the first night LOL Bathrooms were fantasticbut not AC'd.. Staff was very friendly

The falling waters was great with all the rains Florida had the week of our visit. The trails were relaxing and beautiful. We didn't see any butterflies at the butterfly garden, but we saw two fox squirrels! I also enjoyed the wildflowers all over the site. We truly enjoyed our visitand hope to visit again.

We've tent camped here several times in the last few years. Overall the park is fairly small, which is fine as it means a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Also, the campgrounds and restrooms are always clean and well tended.

I always have a great camping experience here. The waterfall was awesome and the swimming area was nice. The bathrooms and shower areas are always clean.

I love it here. It's my favorite state park for tent camping.

As of 4/22 a majority of the section of trail was blocked off. Would advise calling ahead if you want to see the collection of sinkholes.

Short drive off of I10 if you're just passing thru. Paths/trails are all concrete or boardwalks and could be considered handicap accessible if not for stairs. They're short as well.
Small man made lake w/swim area and the over flow actually feeds the waterfall? Bring a watch or timestamp equipped camera to participate in the picture posts.

Pictures of this park that you see on their websight, does this beautiful place no justice at all! The serenity, peacefulness, tranquility and the singing birds makes this place speachless! This Lil sign found on 1 of the trails was found, and so true to their words! 😍😍😍😍😍 the only thing is, I would had loved to see deer every now and again, but that's not the importance here!

Nice place to camp and a nice short hike around several sink holes and Florida's highest waterfall that falls into a sinkhole. Historically it was also the site of a grist mill powered by the stream that flows into the waterfall, with beams that were pulled from the sinkhole on display next to the paved trail to the falls and also the site of an exploratory oil well in the 1920s. Also has a swimming area down the hill from the falls.

Great Park! As I pulled up to the entrance the range was amazingly helpful!! Gave great advice and directions plus an amazingly by listing of all the state parks!!
I can't wait to go back

The waterfall is amazing. Nice trail friendly campers. I was there pretty early in the morning and I was greeted every time I passed someone even had a few small conversations.

Go outside and explore just be outside leave your phone in the car and enjoy your time at this great park

It is very beautiful on fall. The trails are not very long and you can see some deep sink holes there. It is amazing. There is a lake with a swimming area but there is no life guard on duty. There was a sign saying that there are alligators in the area. The swimming area has a shower and there are very clean bathrooms there. It is nice to camp there too. The only problem is the bathrooms are just in swimming area and you need to walk about 15 minutes from camping area to the bathrooms.
