Nice playgrounds for kids, big pool, easy hiking trails with creeks and a pond, lots of deer and Turkey's, plus the occasional box turtle, nice store with drinks and gifts. Also great for fishing and picnics,

Great place even if I Didn't catch any 🐟 HOWEVER, it's gorgeous. They have the pool which you may purchase a $5.00 all day pool pass. Well worth a trip out in no mans land. Coolers aren't permitted inside pool area. You may go to picnic areas though. A must do before summers end.

No flat ground for camper. Fishing here is "nothing to brag about" says worker himself. Lake is much smaller in person vs pictures. Make you pay for wifi that is TERRIBLE! Cant even watch a baseball game online. Deer walk through campground which is nice.

Nice little campground. Campground is on top of a ridge. No level sites but they are manageable. Clean bath houses, pool and country store.

Tent area has no flat place for tent. When I reported an object stolen from my site I was informed that I will not be getting it back and they are sorry but nothing they can do.

Aside from the gorgeous scenery, there is some of the best fishing around, camp grounds, golf course, trails, playground and grilling as some of the amenities Kincaid has to offer. In the warmer months, that coincide with the campground being open, they also have an in ground pool, and a country store that's open.

I love Kincaid. Maybe it's the childhood attachment, but I just like being here. Campground is nice and good fishing around the lake. Nice trails and the pool is legit during the summer. The bath houses are EXACTLY the same as the 80s and 90s but they were clean and well maintained then and remain that way now.
There's golf too if you're into that sort of thing.

Just before leaving for our vacation which had been planned with friends for months, I read the reviews of the park. I was a little discouraged to say the least, but as there were no other options, we pressed on, hoping for the best. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. The camp was clean. The staff wasn't exceptionally friendly, but neither were they rude. We and our friends camped in RV sites 65-66. We have 4 kids and they have 6. The bathhouse was clean and seemed to have been recently updated (showers, sinks, toilets.) Showers were hot and had good pressure. The pool was clean and nicely maintained. The camp store selection was basic, but well thought out for campers. They had the duct tape I was looking for. We stayed Tuesday through Sunday, and it went from quiet to completely full by Friday evening. That's simply the nature of camping during peak season. Anyway. It wasn't our favorite spot ever, but it was quite acceptable.
