Beautiful views and a great biking trail. Plenty of photo opportunities along the way. Fairly busy on weekends especially when the leaves are changing. Many bike rental places near by.

Some places to hike are very dangerous and slippy. Make sure you have decent hiking shoes. If you stay on the trails then definitely rent a bike

Trails are well maintained. It's a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors- hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, etc.! I hiked with 3 of my dogs, saw approximately 50 people on bikes over the course of 3 hours, and not a single other dog, which I found a little odd but that definitely made it easier to keep my dogs focused!

This park contains the nicest section of the D&L rail trails. Ride north to White Haven or south to Jim Thorpe. Beautiful scenery with almost no grade. One of the top rail trails in the US. Also starting point for Whitewater rafting and kayaking. Bathrooms available.

Love the Glen Onoko falls. Absolutely amazing. The danger involved in this short hike really attracted me too. This is a beautiful hike and worth every step. Definitely wear good hiking boots and you may want to think twice if you are not in decent physical shape. Respect the hazards, use common sense and you should make it out okay. People have, unfortunately, died on this trail. I will be coming back. Wish I could camp at the falls.

Lehigh river offers great rafting and kayaking opportunities. Also a fantastic place to take a nice leisurely bike ride on a lovely stretch of the d&l rails to trails bike trail. Check out the locks along the river!

This is a great place to bicycle or hike. The 25+ mile length is a great distance for a day ride. Lots of places to stop and watch the boaters and rafters shooting the rapids on the Lehigh River. Some waterfalls can be viewed directly from the trail and Glen Onoko Falls is just a fairly steep hike away. Great to visit during the fall foliage season.
