Very friendly and fast service. Food was sooo good!!! We shared the cheese fries, crispy melted cheese with chopped bacon-- saayyy DELICIOUS!!! There are big flat screen tv's everywhere. A cool hang out spot with GREAT drinks and AWESOME food!!

Just had a great lunch with my family(all 10 of us)! Service was great and food was great except for the fries. They looked old and tasted like they had gotten cold and had been dropped in the grease again to warm back up. Other than that it is a great place to go.

There was a fight and no one did anything. I went Sunday to enjoy the football game with my friend. In the back of the restaurant there was a larger group, one man banging in the glass every time the team scored the waiters, waitresses, and managers said nothing (super annoying). Then two girls from that group started fighting one another and again no managers or staff no where. What a bad atmosphere. Won't go again.

Chose to eat at this kickback jacks because I ate at the one in Mooresville, NC and loved it. Have to say I will never eat here again. Placed an appetizer for mozzarella sticksnever got it. Ordered 30 wings and a side of friesnever got the fries. Asked for blue cheese with the wingsgot ranch instead. Waitress seemed not at all concerned that we didn't even get some of the food we ordered and took her sweet time with everything. If I want wings I'll take my business to wing stop in Burlington.

No one seated us at a table. Our table was dirty. And all throughout the entire restaurant there was dirty tables everywhere. Had to beg for someone to wipe the table off and also to get our silverware (twice). Our waitress hasn't checked on us since the food was brought to the table. No extra napkins or nothing. What in the hell? This place is definitely for young adults. Way to loud, too much chaos. We couldn't hear a damn thing our waitress said. She is way too soft spoken to work here. She mumbled.
The ladies restroom looked as if there was a party in there. The bathroom was nasty as hell and trash all in the floor. The food was nothing to brag about. The noise level in this place is insane. Way to much going on in here, to freaking loud. It's chaotic 😨😰😱😵

New menu and lots of new servers. Price is higher than before, server's not as attentive as some of the old ones, and there was too much salt on the fries. Plus for the price I thought there should be more meat on my steak and cheese sandwich. And I was offered the option of adding onions and mushrooms which I feel should be already included on a steak and cheese

Good solid place to get great bar food and beer. The only reason it isn't a 5 is sometimes the service is a little slow. Great prices, variety, and flavorful food!

The food was great. The atmosphere was very laid-back and relaxed. And the service was right on point. Want to go to a place when you ain't got to dress up and eat good this is the place to go.

If I could give this place a half star I I would. My first time eating here was not that great but I still decided to give it a second chance. Which led me to today's review. I hate reviewing places but I have to make sure to warn everyone else. My food was HORRIBLE. The food taste & price was NOT worth it. The chicken was over cooked. Which leads me to my alcoholic beverage which was the "A piece of Paradise". I DID NOT taste ANY alcohol and when I asked our waitress if they put alcohol in our drinks, her excuse was it's one of those sneak up on you drinks. Which TOTALLY did not sneak up on me. I felt like I was drinking juice. I will NEVER eat here again especially right after visiting Ruth's Chris.

my server, Scotlin, was complete trash. I had to ask for a straw three times before I even got one, which was almost an hour after I arrived. I had eaten a little earlier before but I wanted to order a brownie and we had a conversation about it and she never even put it in the system so I waited another hour on a brownie because she never even came to check on my table. Then when she started bringing checks and I asked for my brownie she got smart with me and said she didn't even remember me asking but looked dumbfounded when I reminded her of our conversation. This was absolute poor service but the manager was great about handling the situation. Hopefully, the next experience will be better.

The staff was friendly but when they take you to be seated, no one tells you ahead of time that the inside is full and you are being taken outside in the heat and where most people are half drunk and playing corn hole. Second I was so excited about trying the food but was quickly disappointed. I ordered honey Buffalo wings but was brought honey BBQ but my poor waitress was doing the best she could so I didn't bother her with the minor mistake. The wings were terrible and yes I know you're wondering how can wings be terrible. They had no type of flavor at all and all you could taste was this overly sweet sauce poured over them. There was no type of season on them. The fries were ok but had a pound of salt poured on them and at the bottom of the fries was all the crispy crusty fried shavings of whatever else had been in the fryer that day. The Sierra Mist I had was the best thing I experienced off the menu.

The manager Alex and the staff here was great. We had a large party from out of town and came in without a reservation. They accommodated us in a timely manner. The food and drinks were great. Thanks for a great night.

We waited about 30 min to get our food.we ordered a side of mozzarella sticks but they brought us cheese fries so we had to send it back. The old fashion burger was beyond greasy to the point I had to eat it with a fork and you couldn't taste any of the condiments. The sweet tea is brown water, I've had better in Canada. The salmon my wife got was dryer than sand. The veggies tasted like onions. The baked potato either had a unbelievable amount of butter Or sour cream Couldn't tell which

Will probably never eat here again. We went around 10 pm on a Sunday night. We were never greeted and we had to go find someone to seat us after waiting a very long time. Several employees walked by us too.

I ordered a pizza and it didn't taste good at all. It actually made me sick. At first I thought it was just me but my friend ate the pizza too and it also made him sick. The only thing good about our experience was the waitress who was very nice and helpful.
