Do not use this place to dive! there are other options in the area and anything would be better. They RUSH you off the boat saying if you don't jump far enough the captain will push you. They were yelling five minutes to get ready. It was just a horrible experience. I was so worried about getting out of the boat I broke my foot! then they won't help you climb the ladder to get back in with all your equipment on. I have dove over 80 dives and this by far was the worst experience of my life. Diving is supposed to be fun and relaxing not a navy diving drill. I can't say enough bad things about the place, the captain or our diving guide.

Had an awesome time for my first time diving the keys. Guides are really friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a fun and safe trip. Did not interact with one employee I didn't like. Dive sites are great and they try to go to uncrowded places. Would strongly recommend their night dive.

We reserved a snorkeling time about 3 days in advance and confirmed that they had enough people to take a boat out. We drove 4 and a half hours to get here only to have them tell us "We aren't taking a boat out today." It's a clear day, they do NOT give us a reason why. My boyfriend tells him he never received a cancellation call (which he did not after confirming his phone number THREE times on the phone) to which the man replied "Well we called you like 3 hours ago." Bad experience for it being our first time. Do not recommend. Not good service.

Fantastic! Don't go with another shop! I can't say enough about how phenomenal this shop is. Their crew is so much fun and unbelievably hospitable. They are a full service shop and they'll let you know it! We didn't lift a finger under their supervision. Jason was delightful to dive with and Jeff is a fantastic guide and a perfect addition to the crew. We missed them on our next few dives in Key West. We will be back!!!

This place has not forgotten the art of customer service. In May my son got his OW cert, while I worked on my AOW. Even with weather issues, they worked with us to make sure we could complete our dives during our trip. I was awed at the progress in our skills that both of us made in just 5 days of diving. In 2 dives Jason transformed me from being a bumbling diver who always ran out of air early, to being the first one in and the last one out. All the rest of the staff was of the same caliber. Their boats were never crowded and groups were kept small underwater. This shop is a great value for the knowledge and service you get in return.

One other item is that I had a failure in the high pressure hose of my new regulator. Between the morning and afternoon dives, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the hose and had me ready to go. What service! Plus they didn't charge me anymore than what the hose cost at my dive shop back home. That is a true testament to their honesty and integrity.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! The service at this shop is unparalleled at any Dive shops I've been to in the US. No need to touch your gear, they do it all for you! This is the kind of service I've only seen on international diving trips. The Dive Masters were extremely safety conscious and worked their butts off to find us great things to see underwater (and there was plenty to see even without them trying so hard!). Super nice, clean and new boat and Captain Jason was a great guy. We will only go back to this shop for our future keys diving trips!

The greatest! I spent 7 days diving scuba diving with Key Dives in 2015 and I continue to think about the fun I had, to this day! The guides created a memorable experience for me that will last a lifetime.

OUTSTANDING!
We spent a week in the keys as Vacation. I did 4 dives with this company. They were exceptionally customer oriented, spent lots of time to confirm my PADI cert that I forgot to bring. They also had a refresher class for people like me that hadn't been diving for a while. That class was excellent, quick and efficient reviewing the important stuff and not wasting time. During the dive there was always a divemaster present which made it very convenient and relaxing to dive and also pointing to the different fish (we saw tiger fish, huge lobsters and the long green thing I don't remember the name).
In summary this was perfect for someone like me who doesn't dive much and in particular I want to point out this company understands what customer service means.

Awesome place to dive! The crew is great and extremely knowledgeable! I also like that they only take small groups at a time. I think we only had about 8 or 9 guests. They provide you with everything you need although everyone usually brings their own mask, fins, and snorkel. I would also recommend you bring your own snacks and drinks.
