Asked to look at a simple problem on my Mercury OptiMax, man on phone immediately informed me, "I couldn't even look at it for two weeks."

Must be nice having the only Mercury shop in Marathon.

Charged me $110.00 to do nothing. Took a running boat in for an electrical problem and they spent a few minutes on it then called to say it would take several hours to rebuild the carburetors before they would check anything else.
