  Everytime I have had to go to kettering medical center I have had a positive experience and my grandmother inlaw has been taken care of everytime she was sent her. I chose kettering anyday over a mercy hospital. Its sad that they dont have kettering based hospitals in Toledo, Ohio.

  Do to the fact that i can no longer use Miami Vally hospital as my primary hospital, i am forced to use Kettering Medical. So, i show up tonight not being able to breathe because of my Asthma, and the RN ask about my pain level. I told her , I dont have any pain. I can't breathe. She replied, we call you when we're ready. This situation wouldn't ever happened to me at Miami Vally. I never once in my life experience something like this. Sitting here in this lobby taking one slow breathe breathe at a time.

  On Thursday, October 5, 2017 I went to Kettering Medical Center ER. I was diagnosed with afib. I had the best possible care. The compassion and kindness that was shown to me was remarkable. I had the best nurses and caregivers. Jamie, Spencer, Natasha, Phil, Cindy and Alysia, A big shout out to Debbie (you know who you are :0) and Dr. Timothy Smile. (Yes, Smile and he did make me smile) May God bless all of you. Thank you!

  I have had good experiences at this emergency room. Staff had been attentive and have gotten into a waiting room quickly. Depending on condition the length of stay can vary.doctors and nurse's are great!

  We are currently in this hospital, but if I known how bad our experiences will be, I would have answered the paramedic when he asked my husband , have you been here before ? I would have told him, if we have been here before, we would not be back today. Wish primier health care is in network, we would rather be in Miami valley south. Horrible, you have to wait at least an hour to have the nurse on your room, I think are understaffed but patient should not suffered , the hospital administration doing a lousy job. I would make sure those nurses that did their job to meet my husbands need were doing a fine job. I would not recommend Kettering hospital to bring in your patient , they might die for no proper attention. They have this sign call don't fall, yup call for nurse and she will be with you in two hours, ridiculous ! I would not go back on this hospital ever again , having said that pay close attention , if you have great insurance , read reviews before coming over to Kettering hospital otherwise you will regret just like we did.

  Don't go here for anything pain related or you are just wasting your time. They treat everyone that walks through the door like they're junkies and do nothing for you. I guess they are too lazy to run a tox screen if they have any suspicions. All these heroin slobs screw things up for everyone else. This place needs to rethink their methods. They are supposed to be doctors, not judges And they base their treatment on your appearance. If anyone would like to get a class action suit going against this place, contact me.

  went with pain in my rt. side, did blood work, urine, xray. said i was dehydrated, sent me hometwo days later still having same issuedid they miss something? now i have to go back!!! I think its my gall bladder!!

  8 times out of 10 trip to Kettering for x rays and some friends and family always had a great experience. Only wish that the coffee shop's could stay open longer. Easy to figure your way through the hospital (as long as you follow signes).
  Keep up the great obedience 🤔🤗☺

  THEE absolute worse hospital to go to, if you are in an emergency situation stay away from this joke of a emergency room. My fiancé was passing out in the waiting room, extremely dehydrated. Not once has anyone said anything to us. I watched multiple people get signed in then get taken back to a room to be serviced. Yet my fiancé is passing out in the waiting room. How does that make sense? TERRIBLE DONT GO HERE IF ITS AN EMERGENCY! We will be headed to South View hospital where we will be taken care of in a timely matter.

  Does it even matter? When you cut your finger off on the meat slicer at work. Nobody's comparing their local ER staff. Your ass is booking it to the closest ER

  Today I went to the Kettering ER to have my knees check out. Shout out to Ken (my escort) to the ER was a great driver and got me safely to the ER. Colby (my nurse) was fabulous. And very cute. I may add.
  Beth in CAT scan knew I was very cold and gave me two warm blankets.
  Thanks to everyone who participated in my care. Hats off to you!!!!!!
