Every time I’ve ever gotten any answers about my health it’s always been from Soin. I’ve got several issues and the nurses in ER and on 3rd floor are wonderful. The staff is nice. I’ve only had to wait once in ER and it was packed and I only waited 20min so not bad. I get great care with nice and kind people no complaints
I have had a number of procedures done at Soin. The staff has been helpful and thorough. The billing department was also great to work with. Additionally, my four times at the ER (once for myself and three with others), were handled professionally. I was always treated with respect. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to go to Soin Medical Center.
The emergency room doctor was the most incompetent and rudest person I have ever met. I would not take my family pet to be treated there. Please, if you need medical attention go to a facility that is trained to treat sick people.
3rd Floor Staff has been Great to my Father. Everyone has been very understanding to his difficult behavior and has showed him and us the upmost respect. Thanks for all you do!!!!!
I visited the emergency room for lower back pain. It wasn't busy, so I was seen fairly quickly. The nurse, Physician Assistant, x-ray technician and Doctors were all helpful and sympathetic to my pain. The facilities were very nice and I didn't experience any of the complaints that many people have written.
After staying in the Emergence Room For 7 hrs. this was un called for saying waiting on bed Well let me tell you after I had to get on the people in the Emergence Room told them they were going to get my wife a bed or I was taking her home. it was not 5 min. until they was there transporting her. Said they had to admit her to monitor her heart. Never once was there was a heart monitor hook up to her. I feel this was just to get more money from my insurance. on the way to her room I took notice of how many empty beds there was when we got off the elevator the first 5 rooms/Beds were empty and then ever other one after that.
A very upset Spouse
They take their sweet time. They want to keep you their as long as possible so they can get the most money out of you. I came in at 8 pm for something minor. After 2 hrs I asked for an estimates time for leaving. Nurse said Im not sure. I then asked would it be by morning she said maybe. All they needed to do was do some blood work and give me a shot. Absolutely ridiculous do not go here!!! There are better emergency departments worth driving to then a Kettering facility who wants your money.
Nurses and Doctors were top notch in ER. Have awesome treatment for our sons eye injury.
Terrible staffs and managers, the hospital may look nice and organized but don't let it fool you. The whole point of an ER is supposed to be fast and responsive to the patient asap. We waited for about 30 minutes to check in which is fine, but it took the nurse about an hour to see us, then another hour for the doctor to come. The doctor promised to give my girlfriend some medication for her nausia but she never showed up again. 3 hours have passed, we tried to call them on the telecommuting system and they said they are on their way but waited for another 2 hours and nothing is happening. Useless hospital, at least tell us what's going on.
The nursing staff is amazing. The nurses have a compassion for their job and it shows. Doctors listen to the patient, big plus! The entire staff work as quickly as possible to get you out of pain, stabilized and released.
I went in 2 days ago and was there 24 hours. My first nurse, Rachel, was amazing but then she left. The next nurse was super slow (1 1/2 hours) late on getting me pain meds. The heart doctor didn't even go over my tests WITH me and then refused to come talk with me regarding pain I was still having. TERRIBLE HOSPITAL. Never going back.
I went in to the ER last week after having some dizzy spells and was treated with great care and respect. The entire team was friendly and helpful and took great care of me. Kudo's to Nurses Kayla and Colleen and Dr. Freyhof.
