If I could give it no stars I would ! I took my suv there 3 weeks ago for a transmission fluid change and it took them 2 hours no biggy but I got there to drop it off and staff wasn't very friendly spelled my name wrong twice after telling them how to spell it and then was rude about it whatever I'll let it go ! Came back to pick it up and was rude af ! My suv don't have a dipstick so I asked how much was in there or any at all because day before I was having problems and figure that's what was wrong ! And the guy said I'm not sure . Umm ok? So I get my car and drive it off the lot and it's still doing the same thing then my engine light came on I'm like great so I pull back in the lady at the desk said oh sorry they all lefted ! Within 10 mins ?! You kidding me ! So I had to get it towed home ! Come to find out I took it to a transmission shop and it had barley any fluid in my trans ?! How's that when I just paid $200 to get it done !! So this point I'm pissed ! Then the lady comes back to the office at the transmission shop to tell me they dropped the pan and my brands was broke off it . That she has no idea how I drove it and told me that if they did do what I paid for here then they would of know I brands was broke and my fuild would be full! Never again will I take my car here ! And I'll never tell anyone to take there here !!

I recently purchased a used 2011 Lincoln Navigator from Kent Parsons. I was on the hunt for several months for just the right model and I was lucky enough to find it at Parsons although they are 80 miles from my home. I have been buying new and used cars for 45 years and this transaction was the most relaxing, no pressure, friendly experiences I have ever had. Charles Kiles and Ryan Byrd worked with me on the purchase and I just can't say enough good things about them. great experience and even though they are 80 miles away I would definitely return to buy another vehicle.

In March, 2016, we purchased a used Ford pick up from these people and they NEVER disclosed about a prior wreck the truck had. The salesman just raved about how good the prior owner took care of his vehicles, and he bought all of his vehicles from them. He went on and on about how immaculate the truck was (and it was) but never once told us about the wreck. It wasn't til we recently tried to trade the truck in that we were told about the wreck and shown a Car Fax. This immediately devalued the truck by about $5,000. My husband went to Parson's to see if they would rectify this and they refused. Kelly Blue Book listed the truck WITHOUT the wreck at about $25,000. All Parson's would offer us was $19,000!!! I am furious with these crooks!!! Additionally, when we went to Beyer Mazda in Winchester today, another customer overheard me talking about what Parson's had done, and he told us HIS story! He hates them as well. He had purchased a brand new truck from them, and after a couple days noticed the paint on the tail gate was quite thin. He took it to Parson's to have them fix it and they refused, and accused him of buffing the paint out himself!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! ON A BRAND NEW PICK UP?! Parson's refused to help him. So he had to take it to the Ford dealer in Hagerstown to have it fixed. So now he's buying from Beyer in Winchester, also! Buyer beware!!! These guys are very dishonest!!!

The sales people here must be so well paid that they don't need a sale. I've bought plenty of vehicles from a variety of dealerships and I've never seen such an unmotivated staff. Slow to help, show to talk numbers, unwilling to work to find what you want, and just generally lackadaisical towards the customers.

The service department has been exceptional with us, we have been there several times now. They take us promptly and fix the issues and don't overcharge. We have tried two other Ford dealers in the area and have been severely disappointed. Your service dept has made a customer out of us as long as we own a ford.

Bought a F-150 there two years ago, Woody is a great, friendly sales man. Traded a Buick I never really liked for it and got exactly what I thought I was going to get for it (even though later I saw it at their used car lot for almost twice of what I gotbummer). Anyhow, service has been limited to essentially regular maintenance. Fast and friendly with this small town feeling that I really like.

Staff (service dept) is very friendly and concerned about fixing our issues. Always followed up and corresponded by phone multiple times. Found them to be very patient and respectful.

I took my truck there to have shocks put on and they did the work promptly and the price was very reasonable. Now my truck rides like it is supposed to. Thank you Parsons I appreciate it.

Horrible service, rude people. I just expect nicer people when I have a vehicle worked on. I was told my transmission was going out (14K, not joking)as per their error code, but the repair was a coolant pump for the hybrid battery pack repaired by Jerry's Ford for under 250 dollars. Feel free to contact me for copies of the receipts.
