Service staff was rude, not mechanically inclined, liars! Bought a 11 Tacoma new from this dealer and had clutch problems and they didn't want to work on it under warranty, and forget about getting a good deal at this dealer they are over priced!

The staff were rude and not very helpful. I actually drove 3+ hours to coughlin chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I would not recommend stopping here for a minute. Mike ferrell needs to get his stuff together!.

Service dept. Is great. Burks and the crew make it a joy to visit this establishment. Highly recommend.

I've bought 4 Toyota Tacoma trucks from there. The first one was back in 1997 when it was L&S Toyota. The most recent one was 2 weeks ago. They try to sell but don't pressure you to buy in a ridiculous way as I've experienced in the past. Obviously, when you pull into a car lot they'll try to get your business now wouldn't they? Anyway, I like dealing there. Yeah, you'll have to negotiate but isn't that the "fun" part.

My husband just left there upset as after having the car serviced, he noticed some items missing from the glove compartment. The only thing he was concerned about was a small trinket that i had bought for him from ecuador. He went back, asking for just this item and was told "call the cops, you know it's not worth it" Granted i paid about $5 US for the little tiki, but the sentimental value was far greater. A memory created cannot be replaced Shame on the service department. Your attitude just lost you a customer.
