Worst experience ever. Will never service my car there. They don't respect my scheduled appointment and my time. My car was not touched for 3 hours without telling me. Charges were put on me without my consent. After 6 hours, I had to go bring my car back after a heated argument with the manager. They waived the charge but I will never be there again.

I have been very happy with my recent purchase of a 2016 Chevy Sonic from this dealership. I pretty much knew what I was looking for when I came in, and called ahead so when I arrived it was just a matter of finding which car I wanted of the same model. It was pretty straight forward, and while the sales process seemed fast I have no regrets. The service provided was quick and professional as well.

Servise department Grant is a very rude argent man. Grant is not a very professional person defiantly not good for business the way he talkes to customers is inappropriate. I will defiantly not be trading my truck in if he is the person in the service department that I have to deal with. Bad move when they hired him. The outher service manager was much more people orenented.

Jesse really tried to help put me in a vehicle. He was nice and did not try to be your usual shuck and jive salesman. Offered me a reasonable amount for my car, but I was just too upside down in my trade. I will go back to Jesse and Turnpike Chevrolet in a year when the time is right!
