Do not take you car here. I dropped my van off three weeks ago, they didnt start working on it till the last three days and could not find the problem. Through the three weeks i called the service department 27 times at different times of day and no-one would answer the phone. I had to ask the operator to page someone, when they answered they had no answers to my questions and said someone would call me back, No-one called me back. I picked up my van today and in inside of my van is extremely dirty. It looks like someone just wiped mud all over the place, on the stirring wheel the door the shifter outside door handle. Never before have i ran in to such incompetence. I will never go back. I Talked to another costumer there when i picked up my van and she said very similar things. Trust me go anywhere else.
I want Urse Dodge to know what an exceptional employee they have with Doug Stephens. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond. He's always helpful and trys to do what's right for his customer.
I was so glad when they moved him back to the service department. Doug will always take good care of you and treat you right.
Doug deserves an award for his exceptional customer service.
Exceptional customer service !!
Donnie Johnson went above and beyond in assisting me with my selection and purchase and made buying my new car by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had.
I will recommend Urse to all of my family, friends and clients.
Thank you Urse Dodge for having such amazing staff across the board and a special Thank you to Donnie for not only your invaluable knowledge but your extreme patience and incomparable customer service !!
Great group of guys, all B.S aside I wish I had went to them previously. They got me out of a bad deal and into a brand new truck with a good payment. Best car lot around hands down.
I brought my Jeep to Urse for a routine oil change and bulb replacement while visiting family over the holidays. While there, my Jeep was parked on a patch of ice and slid into something which dented the fender and scratched one of the wheels. Urse ultimately paid for the repairs, but the process was more difficult than it should have been. I live in Virginia, and had to return that week, so Urse told me to take my Jeep to my usual garage and have them send the estimate to Urse, and they would take care of the rest. I did so but after three days Urse hadn't authorized the garage to do the repair, or respond to them or me in any way. I inquired with Urse and was told, for the first time, that Urse wanted three estimates from which they could choose. This was not feasible for several reasons, but especially because the estimate I provided included the price of a rental (which Urse had agreed to pay). I asked to speak to the service manager about it but he was away. I was told the GM was covering service and would call me back. He never did. I had to keep calling Urse over the next two days to get through to someone to help me. Finally, I was told again the GM would call me. He never did. Instead, another lady called to say Urse authorized the repair and that the service manager would call me to go over everything. He never did.
The service manager didn’t even speak with me the day the wreck happened. Instead, he communicated with me from his office via the service advisor. I think a service manager should have the courtesy to speak with a customer directly in this type of situation to ensure the customer that the matter will be resolved to satisfaction. But that never happened.
No apology or attempt to make up for the damage beyond the bare minimum was ever attempted. No manager ever spoke with me, though I was told to expect a call from one on three separate occasions. The repair is now complete, but body work never fully restores a vehicle, and my trade-in value will ultimately suffer because of it.
Michael worked with us really well the way he treated us was way above and beyond the the call of duty as other reps. Also polite and offered all the help you could ask for it was a great pleasure thank you michael.you have 2 very happy customers thank you urse dodge in whitehall wv.sincerely.ivan and lois tenney from buckhannom wv.
Took my truck into shop for loss of power. Urse had it for 1wk. After they put 71 miles and 1/4 tank of fuel I was told it was fixed. I got my truck and camper and went up cooper's rock and was able to make it up with a total of 45 miles an hour. It only gets better! Called them back and they said to bring it back in. I decided to ask a local mechanic to have a look and within 2 minutes he found the problem. It was a $2.00 breeze band broke on the turbo. Please keep reading. I went back in and talked to the assistance service manager and he told me it would cost $349.00 for the part. No clue on labor. I doubt if they even raised the hood. Fixed it myself in less than 5 minutes. Worst mistake I ever made in buying a service contract with urse. I will never buy another vehicle or take another one in for service to them. Once you buy it your on your own. What a shame they treat their customers like this.
Where do I begin? Urse Dodge provided my husband with a lease vehicle, an eco diesel that has been in the shop for the third time after presenting the same symptoms. It took 21 days to "fix" it this time. The "fix" also happens to involve purchasing -from dodge- an additive to every fuel up. They cannot even assure us the problem is diagnosed and resolved. We explain that we both work. A loaner vehicle is not an option with them. We say I am almost 8 mo.s pregnant and cannot risk being brought to the hospital and have it break down again -each time it has only been a month or so between repairs when the same issue occurred and stalled the vehicle. We have zero confidence in the performance of the vehicle because it seems obvious it is a flaw in the eco diesel emission system that dodge hasn't figured out yet, and we resent being party to an experiment while our livelihoods and my and my child's safety are at risk. So we ask for trade options, but somehow there are no other options to trade for but something way more expensive. We ask for a way out of the lease and compensation for a lost trade investment - not to mention compensation for lost wages from being compromised in transport, the extra travel expenses incurred in getting a fixer upper to use during the lengthy repair - but of course they can't do that either. Every dead end is met with little sympathy, and statements like "our hands are tied take it up with corporate." We took it up with dodge chrysler customer care and they said they can't do anything, and that we should go back to the dealership. We sent a letter to "Doug Urse" last week and never heard back. Not once did they offer to advocate for their consumer by contacting corporate with us. They claim to offer customer service, but what they give you are excuses and then try to make more money off of you. I will be taking it up with the attorney general, consumer affairs and continue discussing this with our attorney.
Sales corrected an oversight at their expense. I've had three vehicles taken care of by them, two purchased. Joe Walls is quite honest and very helpful. The service department has done great work for me every time.
My first visit to Urse was just to look and that's where I ran into Donnie Johnson and he helped me with no pressure, I didn't buy on my first trip but because he stayed in touch with me so I decided to come back and buy! I got a great deal and I was in and out! Great experience ask for Donnie Johnson and you won't be disappointed!
I went to the dealership just browsing the used car lot, more just wasting some time. Donnie came out and introduced himself and proceeded to show my a 2017 Dodge Charger. My credit is subpar to say the least, but they worked really hard getting me a great deal! Strongly recommend Urse Dodge to anyone looking for a new car!
I purchased my second Durango from Urse now and I won't buy from anywhere else! I have had the best treatment by Donnie Johnson, I would recommend him to anyone that's in the market for a new car or truck. the whole sales department has treated us like family! Happy customer!
I mentioned weeks ago what kind of Jeep Wrangler I wanted. Long enough that I actually didn't remember I had mentioned it to them. As soon as a Jeep came in equipped how I wanted it to be, my phone rang. It was Quinten calling from Urse Automotive letting me know the Wrangler was there. He worked out everything for me over the phone. Had everything ready for me so I could pick the new Jeep up on my lunch break. GREAT buying experience! Helpful, understanding, and patient group of people. There is only one place I shop for Jeeps and, this is the place.
