This dealership I had nothing but empty promises and they ran my credit unauthorised. Yes without my permission. Trust me don't go there and expect the truth or to honorable dealership. Totally not honest with you. They only lie to get the sale, once you are out the door. You can't get anything that was promised and even put in writing about their promise of commitments in the written sales contract. Unless you want to go to court.

Purchased several (mine, my husband’s, and both parents!) new cars here. This was the only place we trusted to service our vehicles and really the only place we would go when we were looking for a new car. We have lived in Indianapolis, Indiana and Lexington, Kentucky and recently moved back to the tri-state area. Just called to schedule an oil change on both Kia vehicles that we own and was told that the earliest available appointment was two weeks away and was almost laughed at, when I inquired about any specials going on. No thanks Dutch Miller. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. (If anyone is willing to drive, Car Town Kia in Nicholasville, Kentucky has an EXCELLENT service department and has a VIP program for their loyal customers who service regularly.)

Was very pleased with Nathan as a sales representative; however, not that pleased with the quoting of numbers used to sell the car. Was quoted the selling price at one set of numbers but another value appeared on the form used by the finance representative. Purchased the car regardless of this action. What did not like was the ways that tried into increase profit with lots of "add one". We did not take ownership of the car until the next day. Told them we would exchange cars the next day. They asked that we call become coming in. We did but was the car ready, no! Had to wait over an hour to get delivery. Wondering why the car was not prep after we signed the papers purchasing the car and knowing we would be in the next morning? Really, really hope the service department is better than "prep" department.

Just want everyone to know if you're buying a new Kia, Jason Rousey is the best at Dutch Miller Barborsville. I told Jason what kind of car I wanted, and my budget and he went to work. I left with my new car, within my budget. Jason also stayed late to explain the new features on my car. Thank you Jason for a great experience buying my new car.

All my questions were answered and the agent who assisted me was patient and thorough in explaining the new technology and workings of the Kia Sportage which I left with.
