I am 22 years old and the salesman (David Dimarco) tried taking full advantage of me being a first time buyer. Had I accepted his first offer or two I would have paid $7,000 or $8,000 more than sticker price. Glad I did my homework before walking in the place. Service is horrendous after purchase as well, it deserves its own review. Avoid this dealership if you have other options.

TERRIBLE service took my truck that I bought there to have a output shaft seal replaced they replaced it, shortly after I noticed a loud clanging noise coming from my truck as I looked to see what it was I noticed my output shaft seal leaking AGAIN took it back to them brought the noise to there attention they said they would take it for a ride. Then they tell me the noise is just my tires being "too aggressive" so I took it to another dealership to have them look at it. They found out that my control arms are bad on both sides and give me a general idea of what the noise could be but can't be 100% sure unless I pay them the money to diagnose it. Would not recommend business with Kenny Ross Chevrolet

Called for an issue with my radio and was in 2 days later. They found two recalls and fixed my radio,. The facility is great. Popcorn and water in the waiting area is free, with two vending machines if you want anything else. The staff member that greeted me at service was very pleasant.

My service contact was Dale he was great to work with. He explained the issue with my truck, he was good about accommodating my schedule to me a maintenance appointment as well.

I had an excellent experience with the service department. I bought my car at Kenny Ross Ford South, which is not close to, or convenient for where I live - so I requested I get my first oil change at the North dealer. While I was initially accommodated by the call center, I arrived at the dealership to the surprise of the GM/Nissan service guys that a Mustang was sitting in their bay. They wanted to make sure they had the right filter (and oilthough I really have never heard of oil not working for a certain car, but it is a V8) and nothing they would do would void the warranty. After double checking everything, the very friendly staff verified they could perform the service. They did so in a relatively timely manner and their waiting accommodations were excellent. And of course, they honored the first time free oil change.

Bought 2 cars here. 1 was my first car financed so i was nervous and didnt know what to expect. Always great service and they gave me a good deal on my car as well without to much haggling. Robert was my man and he did a great job getting me a good deal. Great local dealership. Helping people buy cars and maintain them afterwards with a fantastic service division and body shop behind them.

GREAT SERVICE! THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNEW HIS PRODUCT. THE DEALERSHIP STAFF WERE QUITE HOSPITABLE AND IT WILL BE A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED. APPRECIATED THE COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE AND SNACKS!

Great experience. Freddie was very helpful, got to know me personally before finding the truck I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hardworking and committed accurately describe the staff here. Please do your research before buying from anyone, but definitely give Kenny Ross Nissan a try.
