One of our "go to" places. NPL has a very nice variety of menu items, good flavors and plenty of seating. Great location to catch up on sports, with friends or having a family meal.

I had been to this place many times, but haven't been here for about 2 years till now. My all around assessment is that it's gone down hill a bit. Most notably, the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. They were littered with debris. Service was so so. Part of my order was not served but was included on the bill. The food was just okay. Parking is free and there seems to be enough of it. Prices aren't bad. But there are many places where I would rather dine.

North Park Lounge in Cranberry. Had lunch on Friday afternoon. Barbecued Chicken Ranch Dip and my friend had the Mushroom Burger. The food was below average as the Dip was drowning in Barbecue Sauce, so much so that i had to blot it with a napkin to make the rest of the meal tolerable. The atmosphere is pleasant and the waitress was very attentive. My friend loved her Mushroom Burger so I would go back. Bathrooms need some work, kind of feels like the bathroom that would be located in a campground.

Everything was great. I got fish tacos and chips. I am so used to the fish or chips being hard rather than crisp places, but here they were perfect. Plenty of food for the price and very kid friendly.

Enjoy coming here. Would rate it better, but there are some inconsistencies. I enjoy going to the Bamboo Bar when the weather is nice (go weekly for wings). Lately they have been checking ID's and forcing some people to wear paper bracelets. I understand making sure people are 21, using bracelets to show you were checked, but it should be all or nothing. If I go at 5pm on a Monday to eat dinner, I shouldn't be 1 of maybe 5 required to feel like I'm at an amusement park (especially at the age of 35), when a hundred other people aren't required to wear them.

NPL has one of the best atmospheres in the area and is the only place on this side of town that isn't a dump.
The food and the service is outstanding and the people are what really make the place different from the rest.
Best Happy Hour in the city. In the summertime you can chill out by the fake beach and try your hand at some volleyball if your bored.
It's a place you want to hang out with some friends, but you'll quickly find out that everyone there wants to be yours.response / report this review -

Amazing how the restaurant has progressed! Great selection, great service (thank you Melissa!) and great prices! Happy hour beverages very good price! And I had a full course honey glazed salmon dinner for $13.99! Husband had delectable cod dinner with a huge amount of perfectly baked cod! Played pool for $1 a game, socialized with friends, and just had a great time! The owner, Brad, actually took the time to chat with me for 20-30 minutes! So down to earth and friendly! My now favorite restaurant in cranberry and I have been here 28 years!!!! Highly recommend to all! Madison (daughter) did a great job adding fish and vegan choices to the menu!

WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a bar/restaurant. We had a planned 30th birthday party for my sister at the bamboo bar. We came in a limo as part of her celebration and when we arrived the bouncer carded our group. (We watched him not card other people walking into the bar). My sister's license expired the day prior and they would not let her in despite knowing she is of age and even after she confirmed it online on the DMV website. The bouncer was incredibly rude to us and would not let us speak to a manager stating "the manager doesn't want to speak to you". Some of her guests were already at the bar and overheard the bar tenders mocking my sister for showing up in a limo and arriving with an expired license. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We had planned for 40 to 50 people to arrive at this establishment and had to figure out where we were going to go instead and how to transport everyone. Luckily there was another bar in walking distance, The Wind Haven. I would highly recommend the Wind Haven. They had great customer service and treated us very well there. I would NEVER recommend the bamboo bar.

I frequent Bamboo Bar just behind the main building every once in a while. Always a good time. In the Summer they have the beach area opened up with the sand volleyball court, large jenga tables, and fire pits. That's the best spot in Cranberry in the Summer. Staff is upbeat and friendly. If you get food, I recommend the Cajun Pasta. Delicious.

Ordered a wrap a specific way as I have for years. We have been eating at this place since it opened. Actually on a first name basis with some of the employees. Asked for it plain it came with lettuce and tomatoes. The manager came and took it back. The second one the manager brought it back with no lettuce and tomatoes but tons of Cajun and buffalo sauce that was never even asked for. To hot to even eat. Then another manager came and and we said please Cajun and ranch and cheese. They were being total assholes and the chicken came out completely black with so much Cajun and buffalo two where you couldn't even eat it you actually started sneezing it was so strong. It really is a shame. If they don't want you to order it the wait staff should tell you or maybe even write it down to assure accuracy. It is a shame when you have to leave and go to another restaurant to eat.
