  friendly owner and clean independent facility. no credit cards accepted, which for me is a big negative since I have 2 percent discount card through my bank.

  Honest Mechanic. Those seem hard to come by these days and it's wonderful to finally find a solid, experienced mechanic that you can trust. Gives accurate quotes and on top of everything else, has a nice friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

  I always get my state inspections done here. I do a lot of mechanical work myself and there are some things I would just rather not deal with, but they are always spot on for me, honest, and at a fair rate. Is that not what you want in your mechanics and garage?

  I was referred through a neighbor that had work done at a fair price. I needed some work done. He was honest and prompt. I will definitely use their services in the future.

  They glued my transmission mount bolt on so i would not notice. Left several bolts lose. To cheap to use washers on the bolts they replaced. The fixed this because they did not get away with it.
  Do you look over work like this? Most people don't.
  Then i had a reverse light problem. I told them it was the switch on the transmission. But they said it was in the wireing. And wanted to charge me to find the problem. I replaced the switch myself and the lights work now.

  Kind, honest, and fair people It's great that shops like this still exist. I took my car in there with an intermittent transmission problem. If you don't know, "intermittent" problems are HARD to find Tommy (I believe he's the 2nd in command guy) took the time to diagnose the problem down to the exact wire that was failing. Fixed THAT wire, saving me hundreds of dollars (thousands??) if I would have taken it to a dealer or a chain store I had a couple nice conversations with Dan (the owner) and Brian (another tech) and all I can say is that they're great people Would definitely do business there again
  
  They're a little hard to find on Rt 19, located directly behind the Cranberry Messenger. (If you turn into the Elks, you missed it)
