Had some issues come up with my truck (purchased from a different dealership). Met with Roland Lambert in the service department. Very professional would be an understatement. They had the problems diagnosed in a timely manner. Roland called and walked me through several options. Never tried to sell me on other services, which seems to be all too common. Had my truck back within hours.
Don't hesitate to take your vehicle to Kelsey for service. Make sure to ask for Roland Lambert.response / report this review -

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I bought a used 2009 Ford Taurus off of Kelsey Chev back in 2016. It wasnt a cheap car either, it had low miles, around 66,000 when i purchased it. What was suppose to be a decent car that lasted me awhile, this car has been a nightmare since i got it. Coil issues, brake issues, all within the first couple days. Had to be brought back 3 different times for service to look it over within the first 3 weeks!!! Rental car provided to me by "now fired sales person" was a trashed trade in that looked like someone had lived in it for days before they repo'd the vehicle. "cigar insides, bags of trash, ruined upholstry, ect" I was suprised to be given this car, and that no one had bother to check what was being given to a customerAfter all of this, the original problems on the Ford have started to come back, just a year later and i have tried to go back to Kelsey to buy a newer Vehicle and get out of this one. However.I was told at the dealership from Steve Arnold himself that "sometimes they take in lemons, and there is nothing they can do about it, and that I should just stop talking about the previous experience because it doesnt matter. The pass the buck mentality, and "It wasnt me who sold you the car" just reeks of bad business. I am writing this because some people actually do check this review stuff out and I want them to be aware about Kelsey's commitment to their customer base( or lack there of) and lack of integrity to do the right thing. Please consider this before choosing this dealershipi wish i had been warned before going there myself

This place is run by crooks. My girlfriend went in to look at used cars and they tried to take advantage of her with 16% interest rates to finance $2,000 left on a car after she was going to make a large down payment. Then when she wouldnt sign the sales manager started to get agressive and began harassing her.
My aunt had a bad experience here also - she went in for an oil change and they told her she needed new brakes when they had just been replaced. Guess who had just replaced the brakes? KELSEY!!!
She told them they had to fix them if there was something wrong since they had just replaced them. They quickly changed their diagnosis.. go figure.response / report this review -

I purchased a car here a week ago, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Matt W. was top notch and Steve A. an absolute pro. I drove over 140 miles and will do it again in the future. Thanks Kelsey!!

I had an appointment at 9am. I told the guy that I worked with that I would be in the waiting room. At 1115 I went to get an update on my vehicle. It was in the same place it was at 9 am. He said he thought I had went home. Then he said I didn't have an appointment. I told him I just want my car back. No sorry for the inconvenience or mistake. Nothing. It was a waste of over 2 hours and I will never buy a vehicle from Kelseyville Chevrolet.

Our salesman, Jay, was great. Negotiations were as painless as they can be when buying a used car. The entire process was really good. Will recommend to friends and start there when getting our 16 year old his first car.

Good afternoon Walt, Bay and Paul!
I just wanted to personally thank you for the past month. I was a complete emotional and physical mess when I walked into your place the day of the accident (I'll admit). Having Bay and Walt there to welcome me as soon as I walked through the door was the most awesome thing that I could have asked for. You did something that you didn't have to do by comforting me and telling me that everything is fine and you were there for me with whatever I needed. It was so nice to know that I had the 3 of you to take care of me and whenever I saw you around you always had that smile on, asking how I was doing (not to even mention that you didn't have a worry in the world that I still had your loaner car). You were so kind, comforting and patient that I literally did feel like you were treating me as family. Yes, I have had a great experience with getting BOTH cars from you but the way that we were treated as family is the best thing about the Kelsey's. I just can't thank you enough!
I will be willing to advertise for your family anytime!

Kelsey Chevrolet is probably one of the few businesses that has remembered what customer service is all about. I have purchased a vehicle myself recently and the attention to detail and entire process was professional and enjoyable. I have since sent my 83 year old father to purchase a new car and he was treated the same way and even served lunch! (haha above and beyond in my book!) but needless to say I trusted Paul and the folks at Kelsey enough to send him without fear he would be taken advantage of. Can say enough positives! I will never go anywhere else.

Bought a Silverado in May of 2016; could not of asked for better experience. Referred my father in April of 2017 and he had the same level of satisfaction. All the guys down at Kelsey always treat you like family. If you're the market for a new/used car, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED KELSEY CHEV!!

Fantastic experience at Kelsey Chevrolet. Walt took the initiative to locate and bring from another dealership the vehicle I was looking for. Very smooth communication and took care of all the leg work for me. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle and explaining all things I needed to know before purchasing my new truck. Steve took care of the financing and had me in and out of the office within 10 minutes which was crucial with the limited time I had to give. Kelsey Chevrolet took great care of me. Fast, friendly, and I felt like family by the time I left. The communication with this team is top notch.I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and will recommend anyone to step foot in their dealership the next time the need approaches for a new vehicle. Thank you Walt, Josh, and Steve for being so incredible to work with.
