I was only 1 mile away at weight station, call them at 2pm and they told me they gonna be there in 90 min to change my tire, after 3 hours call them again, they told me “20 min he gonna be there”.1:30 later nobody answering the phoneDon’t promise if u can’t do ur jobwaisted too much time

My dumbass apartment had around 25 to 30 cars towed by them beacuse they were redoing the parking lots witch they gave us no notice about but thats beside the point the guy there was sopose to leave at 5 and whene and my girlfrend showed up at 535 pm he was still there and helped us instead of sending us on our way without my truck i greatly appreciated it beacuse i have to go to take some test for a new job tomarrow at 930am and with put him being so nice and staying after and still helping me i would have been sol so im grateful for him

After 15 hrs of waiting for these guys. They still never showed up. Called fit repair. They was there in 30 mi tues. And on my way. Don't tell people over and over that you will be there or on your way. The boys missed their champion ship baseball game because of you. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Took my equinox there for the first time for a wheel bearing. They were quick, honest and didn't try to sell or do anything else than what was needed. The price was very fair. The only time I've ever left a shop happy and now it rides like a dream. Will be going there from now on.

One of their drivers almost killed two of my children and myself on 75south. I called the phone number to report him and got cussed out by him and told to pull over on the next exit. Well I pulled over confronted him by his door and the Coward wouldn't get out. Told me to pull over and get out, then he wouldn't get out. This is also being reported to the police and BBB.

Love this place (as much as one can love an auto repair place). Their prices are reasonable and workmanship has been terrific. We have been taking our cars to them for repairs for several years.
