I just want to say for the record that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. My wife and I bought a new 500L two years ago from them and it was a great experience.
We recently had our vehicles stolen (one of them being the Fiat of course) but they police were able to recover all of our vehicles. We had to have the Fiat towed to the dealer to have new keys made and they quoted us a week. Yet here I sit two weeks later and still no keys. It's not easy have two kids and two working adults and only one vehicle. I asked them what is taking so long and they told me that the keys are on back order. I was/am very perplexed by this statement. I also asked if there is anything they could do for us in terms of a loaner vehicle or something for us to drive and he said that he could rent me a vehicle Rent? Seriously? I bought a brand new car from you guys and all you can do is offer to rent me a vehicle.
They quoted us $400 for the new keys, but they said that the keys might not work for our vehicle when they finally do come in (whenever that will be). If we get lucky and they work then we owe $400. If we get unlucky and they don't, they have to replace something in the car that will cost an additional $500. I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around all of these uncertainties, maybe this maybe that.
Every interaction we've had before this has been great and handled timely, but this, let's just say, to keep it professional, has been handled poorly so far. I'm not trying to dissuade anybody from buying a vehicle from this establishment, I just thought people should be aware. Maybe we're just that unlucky.

Three weeks have gone by and still no keys and no car The guy in service seems aggravated when we call. They quoted us to the end of the month, which is another two weeks. This is, unfortunately, making my wife and I regret buying this vehicle. If it takes this long just to get a key, I'm scared to think how long other parts might take to get. We're making payments on a car that we can't drive

Only dealership ever to talk me out of buying a car from them. I'm speechless. I was 100% committed to the purchase and made a near sticker price offer. They were cordially haughty throughout the whole ordeal over 4 days. I finally got fed up and dropped the deal. Now the list price is $200 less than what I offered when they said they'd, of course, be losing so much money if they took my offer. Beware of these guys is all I can say.

I went to look at the kia sorento and I has the best salesman Marcus. He was very professional and he knew my budget and he went to bat for me to get the car I always wanted. I went in for a regulatory service for the under body of my car and they gave me a Courtesy car and when it was done they drove my car to my destination. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Thank you for making my dreams come true!!!

Honestly I wish I could give a zero star review. I went to look at some manual new and used cars. The salesman who met us in the lot walked us to ONLY automatic cars. Every time he would walk me up to a car and I would once again ask to see a manual model he said "but you would look so good driving this." I never got his name and at the end of everything he wouldn't give me his card so I can't even warn against him specifically.

Every question he had he directed at my boyfriend and would barely speak to me directly even though I was the one trying to buy a car. After a few minutes of this my boyfriend went back to his car and left me alone with the salesman which didn't help the situation at all.

After my boyfriend walked off he said "Oh a manual? I'll cut you a hell of a deal in an Abarth" his "hell of a deal" involved taking $300 off the dealer markup. And then the Abarth he walked me to was an automatic.

My mother bought her car from here and recommended it highly. I am glad others have had pleasant experiences but I would recommend any woman shopping for a car stay far away.

I ended up buying a car the sane day from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence and had an amazing experience.

Professional and they have an express oil change service. New to the area and so far, so good. UPDATED: Have now made 3 visits to have my Fiat serviced here (regular maintenance and an accessory upgrade,) and can, without equivocation, update my review from 4 to 5 stars. I have received consistent exemplary customer service from team members such as Brian and Tim, and I sincerely feel that this service department only performs quality, thorough work on my car. I'm really glad to have a permanent service location to take my vehicle as long as I own it and live in the area.

My experience with Jake Sweeney Fiat was wonderful! I had much help from many employees there, such as Adam Wilson, Cody French, and Danny. Each of these people made me feel extremely comfortable and calm about making such a great commitment. The atmosphere was so relaxed and calming. The salesmen were especially careful to not pressure me into any car, but to find one that fit my desires exactly. I love my car, and I'm so glad I purchased from here!
