Velocity combines a bike shop and coffee shop in one location. It totally works. Great atmosphere. Nice seating area with different options. Free WiFi and enough plugs available. I see people playing cards/games, doing homework. Coffee is great as well. They also have a decent selection of bakery items. If you are near Florence Mall, I would go here over Starbucks. They are closed Sunday and Monday and close late afternoon. No drive thru.

My husband and I love this place. Their coffee and pastries are phenomenal and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff are always super friendly. We only wish we were able to come out more!

Very satisfied with the work they did on a set of wheels I needed trued. It's like I have a whole new bike. The coffee was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely place. Coffee is great and the staff are all very personable. Mark and Chris have worked on various bikes of mine over the past couple years and I have never been displeased! Prices are fair and the work is exceptional!

By far the best coffee shop in Northern Kentucky, and best that I have ever been to. You can't find a nicer group of people, than those who work at velocity. Nice to come home from college and be greeted by familiar faces, who actually know you and your name.

So disappointing :( I wish I would've known it would take 15-20 minutes to make two drinks, or else I wouldn't have gone in when I needed a quick pick-me-up. We had to leave before we got the drinks we paid for; so that's $6 + tip down the drain.

Horrible service first in line, ordered two drinks, and after 15 minutes we checked to see what's up and they had not even started them. We told the barista to not even bother and left.

I do the Louisville to Detroit drive often and always try to stop at the local places in-between. Velocity failed big time. It's a shame because the shop had a great vibe, decor, and other reviews suggest it's pretty good most times. But if you do not have competent baristas on all shifts, you're only hurting yourself.

Helpful Staff and Awesome Bike Tech! He was able to tune up my bicycle while I was in the area in record time. I appreciate all the help and next time I am in town, I will definitely stop by! (Still need to try the coffee!)
