Emersons has a few great products, when you can get them. This bakery is terribly inconsistent about delivering it’s goods to its locations often they will be out of a product, sometimes products are put on hiatus for weeks or months, they claim to make cinnamon raisin donuts on Saturdays, but often miss the mark and apparently don’t produce them. It’s disappointing to make a special trip to a bakery and have to leave empty-handed, but I want to spend my money when I can’t get what I want. And perhaps management at Emerson’s needs to understand the consistency Is more important than they think. Employees there are tired of hearing the complaints, and they say that they pass those along to management, but they say that their comments go unheard. Shape up! People want their darned donuts.
