We stayed in Spring 2 house this past weekend for my bachelorette party and IT WAS AWESOME! Not only a great house kept very clean and a fantastic dock - John was so helpful and made the whole process SUPER EASY. We'll definitely rent from this company again.

This rental agency is pretty much the worst. They were nice to get us in a hurry when we needed a home from moving across the country, but after they have been pretty bad. The house had issues when we moved in and made note of on the agreement but they were not fixed until 3 months later. We still have issues that haven't been touched. We had the AC go out, the guy told us it was installed incorrectly so we would have to run it at a certain temp (constantly) for it not to freeze, which they knew the utilities would be higher and didn't disclose it. My husband also had to miss work as the guy needed house access. The kitchen sink drainage was installed incorrectly and leaked EVERYWHERE ruining a few expensive items due to mold and hard water, the maintenance guy said the wood would have to be replaced as it's now moldy under the surface so we are breathing mold now. Again, he didn't want to let himself in and they did not show up according the the scheduled time my husband missed work. The bathroom sink faucet is basically plugged from hard water it sprays everywhere they haven't fixed it and apparently refuse to. The towel rod that had been ripped out of the wall is finally replaced but there is holes and major missing paint. The missed work and damaged items are not being compensated off rent and after over a week and rent being due they are not willing to adjust anything. Which is illegal according to renters laws. AVOID RENTING FROM THEM AT ALL COST.

MY HUSBAND & I HAD RESERVATIONS WITH KEYS TO THE LAKE & FROM THE TIME I MADE THE RESERVATIONS, TO PICKING UP KEY & EVEN AFTER, THIS COMPANY MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME!! THE UNIT WE STAYED IN WAS BEAUTIFUL & THE CLEANLINESS WAS FABULOUS!! OUR ONLY REGRET WAS THAT WE COULDN'T ENJOY THE SUITE AS MUCH AS WE WANTED TO DUE TO THE PURPOSE OF OUR TRIP & BEING GONE!! BUT BECAUSE OF THE SATISFACTION THAT CAME ALONG WITH THESE GREAT PEOPLE, WE MADE IT HOME ON A SUNDAY & CALLED FIRST THING MONDAY TO MAKE NEW RESERVATIONS @ THE SAME SUITE!! THIS TIME WE ARE GOING TO EXPERIENCE THE FULL POTENTIAL THAT THIS SUITE HAD TO OFFER!! LOOKING FORWARD TO JUNE & OUR UPCOMING STAY!! THANK YOU MR. CUSTER & KEYS TO THE LAKE CREW FOR MAKING OUR LAST TRIP SO WONDERFUL!!

Wonderful Time in the Ozarks
My Family and friends were looking for an exclusive getaway for piece and Quiet for a few days. Well Keys to the Lake did just that Above and Beyond. Great House with Dock for fishing Decks Galore for Sunrise and Breath taking Sunsets.. We will come back every year for Rest and relaxation always Mark, John, Emily truly made our Reservation for flawless stay easy. Well done!!!! Love it, love it, love it! My family stayed in one of their rentals this past summer and we loved it! Mark and his team are great to work with, the booking was easy to make and we enjoyed our stay at one of their rentals that was right on the water. We would go back again and rent again from KTTL! I would highly recommend their service both for short-term and long-term rental properties!

Scam artists! Everything was fine while staying with them, however today I received my security deposit in the amount of $14.50. The day of the inspection the lady Rebecca said there was NO damage to the apartment and there would be a cleaning bill between $100-$150. So of my $575 deposit I should have received a minimum of $425. Instead I got charged with $250 in floor damage when Rebecca had even praised us for not doing any damage, and $310 in cleaning charges after I had cleaned the previous day for 6 hours! Stay away from this business, they will RIP YOU OFF!!!

The staff is immensely helpful and friendly. My friends and I have been renting the same location for three years now, and every year is just as amazing as the last. I would highly recommend them!

Terrific experience. My daughter recommended this company. She lives in mid-Missouri and said they have a great reputation. I can see that they earned it. Danielle at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. We felt like we really mattered to her. The condo was so comfortable and clean. When they say you should think of it like your home away from home they weren't kidding. Everything we needed was there. We brought our boat and were able to rent a slip on a dock at the condo complex. What a great vacation. The weather was perfect all week (although I suppose they had little to do with that.just dumb luck, I guess). We'll definitely return to the Lake of the Ozarks and rent a vacation unit from Keys to the Lake again.

Used them to find a place to stay that are dog could stay at, because are condo is being rented at this time. they are nice and pleasant. Love the condo we got, but not a fan of the compass point complex, they have gates on the docks and I am an advied fishermen the use of the docks would be nice and this complex is older and not all that high end no reason for it the grounds are semi wellkept bunch of little things make me not want to stay at compass point next time but that's not keys to the lake's problem.
