  Excellent quality built home. Well insulated and the best Anderson windows. Very energy efficient.

  There are five models on the property (one doubles as the office). Four are available for customers to tour. One apparently has been sold and was, therefore, closed to customers. The models are very nice and beautifully furnished so that customers can get a better idea of how each room can used. The person in the office the day we visited was not a sales person, but we picked up some handouts so we could follow up by phone/email. NOTE WELL: You cannot get a copy of the model's floorplans without registering online.

  My wife and I absolutely enjoyed walking through the model homes. It gave us much to think about of our future home.

  I really wish you would have a ball park estimate easily found on the website for those people trying to discern possible options. Yes you can ask for an estimate about a hypothetical lot size with hypothetical size house. Quicky and easy is what we want not giving away our email to who knows what.

  Very nice representative open to the homes for us so we could look at them during hours that were not their normal business hours that was very great of them to do. I liked their homes and especially their newer homes our being updated to more open floor plans.
