I came to this store yesterday and I highly recommend shopping here, amazing customer service, and as a firefighter I got a discount on the items I purchased (be sure to have department ID) definitely coming back to this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife, our 5 year old daughter, and I went in to look around and after being half-assed greeted at the door we we were followed by employees across the store. Finally I asked where their knives were, and as the woman led me to the counter (with an obvious "I'd rather be doing anything else face") she told me she didn't like that I had a backpack and that she had to put behind their counter I'm a disabled US Army Veteran, as well as a former Law enforcement officer- I've never been treated with such disrespect in a store. Had their been a no backpack policy, or had they said something to us when we walked in it would have been no issue, but I was approached and treated like a suspected thief. I will never return.

There is a reasonably good selection of items, but the staff is lacking in several ways. I have had to order several things from the store and the orders have been incorrect or much later than the expected date. In my opinion, there are much better alternatives around town.

Well to start they are the best around but for the prices its a bit high but for the quality and access to the material with out waiting and if you cant find it they will and order it for you.

A must see for survivalists and preppers with a decent selection of military ans LEO gear. They have a good selection of holsters and other gear. All the employees and other patrons were friendly and helpful.
