We love all of the staff here and highly recommend them. Dr. Georges does a great job, but we love everyone we've worked with from the front staff and techs to the vets. Highly recommended.

Dr. Georges is very compassionate to client's needs and provides excellent care. All of the staff at Aztec are friendly and professional. Highly recommend Aztec Animal Clinic for all of your pets health needs!

I can't believe how wonderful these people are that work there! My Yorkie, Toby, is usually terrified and therefore extremely violent with any vet, and in four years this is the only place that took the time to make him comfortable and he left wagging his tail and happy even after being probed and poked etc They may be more expensive but they are WORTH it!

I never thought I'd feel strongly enough about somewhere to write a review. But taking my dog to Aztec was a great experience. Dr. Matek is hands down who I am going to take my pets to from now on. He just saw my husky and was very sweet to him. He also took the time to explain everything to me and did not come across condescending in the least. The front office staff is also GREAT. So happy to have found somewhere I want to take both my pups and business.

Aztec was the first and only vet that i took my dogs to when i lived in ABQ. They treated my corgis very well and had great availability when i needed an appointment. Georgea (spelling?) was my veterinarian and she was so observant and caught many issues that my female dog was having, that my previous vet never even looked for. It may not be the cheapest place but i felt like my pets were on the safest hands. On a few occasions they had mentioned other places do some things for cheaper if i wanted to go with something more budget friendly. I appreciated their honesty and how they went over the whole bill with you before they did anything with your pet. Definitely take your fur baby to a place that loves them as much as you do!

Aztec Animal Clinic has good vets and support staff. They do whatever they can to put your pets at ease and that can a challenge with either of my two nervous chihuahuas! The vets take time to answer questions you may have.

We just switched to this clinic after getting a lot of recommendations from friends. So glad this is our new vet! Dr. Matek and the staff are wonderful with our precious doggie Loki. And the cost was very fair. Everyone has been super kind and helpful. Can’t ask for a better animal clinic. Highly recommend Dr. Matek for your fur kids. He will take great care of them.

My dog doesn’t like to be examined, but Dr. Georges and her assistant Stacy were able to keep him calm and he didn’t seem to mind at all. They explained the medical problems clearly, and gave me different options and prices to treat him. The staff was friendly and I was fortunate enough to make an appointment the same day. I recommend Aztec Animal Clinic to all pet lovers.

This was the most comprehensive and kind practice I have ever been to in New Mexico (and not just regarding animal clinics). The people who work at Aztec truly love what they do and it shows in the quality of care they provide and in their attitudes. Not only did my little lionhead rabbit have excellent care while in their office, but the Dr. and staff called to check in on him and sent a letter of appreciation for choosing their clinic. I was impressed by their level of expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and overall their genuine sincerity. If every business operated the way Aztec does, it would be a joy to run errands and go to the doctor! Thank you Dr. Blossom and staff!

These guys saved my dog many years ago and have since cared for her like she was their own dog. They have veterinarians who can see exotic animals as well, and they always took great care of my ferrets too. Can't be a better clinic in all of Albuquerque. They are always happy to work with me on what tests are really necessary, they make sure that the money I spend goes the furthest for my pets. I hear about the bills people get from other clinics, I think Aztec must also be more reasonably priced than other clinics in town as well.

I wouldn't trust any other vet clinic with my fur babies! The staff treats you as family, clean patient rooms and are helpful over the phone! Dr. McGuire is phenomenal!!!!!

We liked everything about our visit to Aztec Animal Clinic. We were impressed by the calming blanket that was placed over our cat when we arrived. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We like Dr. Bouchet very much. He took time with us, answered our questions, and was gentle with our little feral cat who once had a nest in the tree in our front yard and has moved in and adopted us as her family.
