I loved my experience with this Bridal boutique! They suggested the dress that I ultimately picked and I couldn't have loved it more! They were professional, excited, and helpful. My alterations and the pickup were flawless and I hope others stop at this boutique first!

Associates were not very friendly. Not helpful. Had us flag photos of dresses with no price range, then eliminated them after we wasted time choosing them. There was an older male working there who kept walking back where the dressing rooms were. My sister and her underwear were exposed and I had to shut the curtain for privacy. Totally bad experience. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. Avoid this place.

I had the best experience! Danielle was the sweetest, most attentive person I could have ever asked to help me. I went to a few other bridal shops, but none of them came close. Danielle pulled the most unique yet beautiful dresses for me all within my budget. She pulled so many beautiful dresses which made it hard to choose and leave with just one! Her expertise and amazing personality helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. She is amazing at her job and makes you feel so comfortable. She cares about what you want and really takes the time to make sure she pulls great dresses.

This place is not worth the time or energy! I went in and Darlene was completely unprofessional! Seemed like all she cared about was money. The staff there was not interested in what your budget is, your style, or even care to measure you. They just pick out what they think you want or what size they think you wear. I have told my family and friends to never come here. They have made sure to tell their friends and family who are looking for a dress, to not come either.

I hit up every single Bridal shop in ABQ before I found my dress at Bridal Elegance. I'll be honest, I'd never heard of them before but they ended up having and being exactly what i was looking for. Finding THE dress is one thing but I want to review the experience. Darlene and her crew were warm, inviting, like your best friend who is just as excited about you being a bride as you are. They are the opposite of the big box, national retailers who treat you as a mere customer looking for a product. I don't think this really struck a chord with me until I had chosen my dress and brought my bridesmaids back to find their dresses. I had a particular color in mind but I wanted the dresses to have a lace attribute. Unfortunately, lace is a little limited in color. The dress I wanted and the color I wanted weren't manufactured together. Danielle called the manufacturer and asked if we could order the dress but swap out the color from another style they manufacture. She called me back the very next day, as promised, and confirmed they could make the switch. It was a small thing that I felt I was being nit-picky about but they never made me feel like I was asking too much. They also remembered me every time I stopped in which is, sad to say, really hard to come by these days. They are just real people who love what they do for their brides.

Darlene is great. I would never go anywhere else in Albuquerque. She has a great selection for all body types and goes out of her way to provide a professional personalized experience. When I got married I was living outside of DC. My dress had been altered so many times that it no longer looked right and it still was too big. Darlene and her team were able to make the dress not only fit but look beautiful. You can really tell when a person loves what they do because the put love into it. Darlene does just that.
