  You just have to be bold with these people. They try to run the "we thought we had your tire but, gee Sir, we don't, how about these expensive ones instead?" game...JUST DON'T FALL FOR IT. Call them out and then they will do right by you. You can't hate the hustle...it's corporate America. They serviced my vehicle well...and they know not to try and hustle me...we are good. They actually do solid work.

  I wish they were more upfromt of the wait time. I was there 8 am and left about 10 am. I ask them what is taking so long and they didn't give me a straight answer. The only thing i wanted them to check is my wheel alignment and if it need to be adjusted. They have taken care other customers that came after me. How is this really fair? I had to leave and get my car back so I can go to work.

  I have been using Kauffman here in Newnan for almost 10 yrs now. So I have a bit of a perspective other reviewers may not. Kauffman was originally recomended to me by my manager at the time. I had just moved here and needed a good shop. He was a "car aficionado" and had a sporty car and I knew he wouldnt take his just anywhere. So I have been using them ever since. I have always been very pleased using them for all of my service work needed.
  
  Ive bought three sets of tires in that time and all have been great! Reading other reviews some customers might be confused by their free balance/rotate offer. This is only AFTER you have bought tires. Its not free upfront. I love this as I always just get the balance/rotate when I get my oil changed.
  
  I will say that customer service has had its ups and downs with changes in management over the last 10 yrs. It definitely is a reflection of the management team. However, overall customer service has been good and at times outstanding.

  Not a customer friendly. They just have the attitude of I'll fix your problem it takes more than that to have repeat customers they're not the only game in town

  Great customer service and caught a lot of things that I needed done to my car. In a way their staffed save me and my car! Thank you Kauffman Tire staff! Very Happy and Very Grateful!

  Dishonest, poor customer service. Will never be back. Watch your vehicle when they work on it or you'll end up needing more repairs than you came in needing. Also failed to properly inflate fire I just bought.

  I have a retail business myself and work very hard to deliver the highest level of service in my industry. Often I am dissatisfied felling like other business just don't care anymore. I have two cars and one truck that I have serviced at this store. Just last month I spoke to the manager about a old car that I was going to give to my son when he turn sixteen it needed a lot of suspension work to make it safe for the road. I could have not been more pleased when i pick it up. it drove so smooth and respond so well when turning also. They also adjusted the timing it was off. that was something I didn't even ask them to do. thank you for everything OUTSTANDING!!!

  Always fix my tire problems in a timely and friendly manner. However, I've never had so many tire problems in my life than I've had buying tires from here. Won't be buying tires here again.

  Another shop goofed up my pressure sensors. I came here to see if Kauffman could help and 8n 10 minutes they had all wheels programmed correctly... no charge. Thanks

  I really like this place. I've gone here several times and the service is always so professional. I like the way they take time to explain to you what's going on with your automobile before starting any extra services leaving you with an unexpected bill. The sitting area is always clean. Mostly I think their prices are decent. I would highly recommend it, but you might want to call for an appointment first they are very busy.
