Lauren put together a beautiful arrangement for a friend's mom's wake. Very happy with the work. The arrangement received many compliments.

Lauren is an absolutely amazing businessperson! She is always accommodating, creative, and talented. She works with my budget, and when I ask her to use her creative license she puts together beautiful arrangements my friends love and rave about! I encourage anyone to patron the flower girl. Her products and customer service will have you smiling with joy!

Lauren made my sister a stunning bouquet for her birthday and dropped it off, and even replaced some of the hydrangeas four days later when they wilted. top notch service, and amazing flowers!!! truly the best

Anytime I've needed flowers, I've gone to this shop. From the most beautiful lilies to roses that just glow. Last time I went, she made an arrangement for relatively cheap that absolutely stunned. Thanks for the beauty in a world that needs more!

We are so happy we booked Lauren at the Flower Girl for our wedding. She was extremely accommodating and made the process so easy for us. She helped us see our vision through with the beautiful fresh flowers and centerpieces. When Lauren brought the flowers to our ceremony we were blown away by the beauty and detail she spent making the bouquets. She was even able to decorate a wooden archway we rented for our ceremony. We got married at Revolution Hall in Troy, NY and she knows the space so well, it was a no brainer to book her. So sweet too! Thanks again Lauren!

I was married last weekend in the most gorgeous venue surrounded by my closest friends and family, and Lauren was my florist. When I first met with her I was inspired by the attention she gave me and how excited she was about my ideas for the flowers for my wedding. We hit it off in that initial meeting and I decided to hire her. My fiancée and I planned our wedding over the course of about 16 months and during that time, I sent multiple emails and follow ups trying to explain the direction the wedding was headed so that she understood where the flowers would fit into the larger vision of the event. On more than one occasion it took her longer than a month to respond to my emails. This left me feeling the opposite of confident in her service. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and paid my final installment, and visited her two days prior to the event to drop off my centerpiece vases. I once again was reassured that she was truly invested in making my vision for my wedding day come true, and I stopped worrying about the floral arrangements completely because I felt as though she was confident. On the day of my wedding, she delivered the flowers at the appropriate time, and was gone before I arrived at my venue. I couldn't have been more disappointed. The color of the roses were nothing like what I had requested, and the asymmetrical style of bouquet I requested ended up looking just like a haphazard mess. Everyone said that the pieces were beautiful, and if I didn't send her photos showing her exactly what I wanted I would have agreed. This was the only piece of my wedding that I regret, as I ended up paying a considerable amount of money for a vision that didn't come to life. I feel bad leaving this review because I really like Lauren as a person, but I felt I needed to be honest about the outcome of the services she provided me.
