I have been going to Dr. Graham for many years for all of my dermatology needs. She has an excellent bed-side manner and her staff is friendly accommodating.
The more I tap into Dr. Graham’s expertise the more I learn about how to manage my skin care. The cosmetic clinic is absolutely beautiful which displays top quality design and offers specialized skin products. I have recommended her to both and family and friends.

I recently made an appointment with Doctor Shari Hicks-Graham, M.D. at Downtown Dermatology on East Main Street. One of the many procedures she performs is facial hair removal. This is made possible with cutting edge laser technology. The treatment is painless and immediate. After only one treatment I noticed a huge difference. I had a total of six sessions. Wow! What a life changing experience. It was the best money I ever spent on myself. My skin feels amazing, and it looks and feels much smoother. I found Doctor Graham to be very professional and approachable, as she took extra time explaining the procedure and what to expect. I highly recommend Doctor Graham if anyone is in need of this service. I always had inner beauty and outer beauty. Thanks to Doctor Graham and the laser treatments that outer beauty now shines like a diamond.

Dr. Hicks-Graham came highly recommended to me by another doctor. I went to see her about some issues I have struggled with my entire adult life. Not only was she almost a full hour late for my appointment, but she didn't even really examine the skin areas I was concerned about. I pretty much sat there and described my issues. I felt embarrassed that she didn't even want to look at what I was trying to describe. The experience for a patient who was nervous about describing what is mostly a cosmetic/confidence issue was horrible.

Additionally, she spent almost no time talking to me. There was an attitude of "I know what that is, here is what we do" she prescribed me a medication and recommended expensive skin treatments that amount to little more that spa care.

I went to another Dr after my disappointment with Dr. Hicks-Graham. Not only was he shocked at the medication she asked me to take for the acne (a powerful antibiotic treatment for over 90 days that shows no efficacy towards clearing up skin issues, and did not despite me giving it a try) but he was also surprised she didn't take a closer look at what was a more easily treated issue.

I personally feel that she may not be comfortable with men seeking out treatment. Many other people seem happy with her work, but I feel like this office is really geared towards women and not men. It doesn't explain her lack of professionalism as a doctor though to a patient who wanted her help.

I received a call at 4:15 to reschedule an 8 am procedure b/c they ran out of the medication today b/c they did 3 procedures. Graciously wanted to reschedule, and apologetic but WTF. I can't run my business this way. An apology isn't good enough when I had to carefully plan procedure b/c I have to remain inside for 48 hours. Not that easy to reschedule when you work, and it's the holidays. Think again Downtown Dermatology, what can you do to make me feel better.

Professional, personable, kind. Dr. Hicks-Graham staff is wonderful as well. She will only do what she believes is best for you. She will not push you to do something you are not comfortable with. She has helped me renew my skin and feel so much better about myself!

I had my first visit today and Dr.Hicks-Graham and her staff were both professional and friendly. I appreciated that she let me address all my concerns without making me feel rushed. By the end of the visit I felt confident that she would try and help me and she even gave me some samples to try. After treatment I'll will re rate this review.

I have been going to Dr. Hicks-Graham for over 6 years. I walk in and am greeted with smiles and by first name, it is a great feeling. The office is beautiful and provides a very tranquil feeling. I am called into the room pretty quickly and get done rather fast. They are a pleasure to deal with :-)
