I LOVE Karen's flower shop!! They not only have BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements but beautiful gifts for any occasion. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you walk out happy with a smile.I highly recommend!!

We are so happy that we chose Karen to do our flowers. Her creativity and passion helped transform our dreams into real life. Our flowers in the church, venue, our bouquets and boutonnieres were better than we could have imagined. She personally came and set everything up and had a much better price than other shops that offered less. An added plus was her great personality! We absolutely loved Karen and highly recommend her for any occasion!

We needed a center piece for our Christmas Eve dinner hosts and stopped on our travels. They were super helpful, customized the centerpiece and we even got a grave memorial flower bunch that was really nice. Very good experience and the prices were reasonable.

The flowers I ordered were for a funeral. I asked for a cut flower vase in pink, purple, white and red. Karen's flower shoppe delivered the most magnificent arrangement that I have seen in a while. I was so pleased and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

This a business that deserves a zero stars. I was having an event where I contacted this business to do a very simple easy job (10 small bouquets for tables). I requested to meet with them for a very quick meeting. I'd visited the shop and was concerned about their other reviews and quality. They have a number of bad reviews on the internet from customers who have used them and had nothing but problems. But I decided I would at least interview them. BIG MISTAKE. They offered a meeting time that worked for their schedule, not mine, and when I called to confirm the time they wanted one of their red neck employees went on a total rant how I had to accept what ever time worked for them and they where too busy, etc. The employee was not only rude but completely obnoxious. The golden rule doesn't exist at Karen's Flower Shop. It is their way or the highway. When you point this out to them, that this isn't how to treat anyone they will state "there isn't another florist anywhere near here so you have to use us." Who says this to a customer??? If you aren't from the area you might accept this answer. In reality there ARE other choices and generally the other companies offer a better quality product (and better design). This business is not worth ten seconds of your time.

We engaged this Florist for our wedding more than 8 months in advance. She met with us for an hour while we gave ideas and pintrest pictures. She took notes. We felt good.
The ensuing 5 months were not great. Despite constant emails and conversations, she was unable to supply photos for drafts of flower arrangements, stating that the internet/ email is difficult for her. When we did get pictures, they were really disparate from what we wanted, and she did not take criticism well at all. We recently terminated them as our florist after she denied ever meeting us in person, and stated that "she had another interested party for the same date."
Whether it is her or her team, our experience with her business is neither one that speaks to their ability to communicate efficiently, professionally, or reliably.
I would not recommend her for an important event.response / report this review
