Wonderful business! All employees were very friendly. I basically killed my kfob by dropping it on the ground it went into several pieces. I went into the store. the fobs were ordered and within a couple days I had the new fobs. The gentleman programmed them to my car and I was in and out quite quickly. Price I was quoted was very reasonable and what I paid. I will definitely be back in the future

My fathers airforce security padlock was in the closed/locked position when it was given to me after his death. Unfortunately other locksmith companies told me it would have to be destroyed to open it. I took it to Jim and he was able to open it and set it to factory settings so it is a usable lock. So grateful to have my fathers lock in working position.

Jim was willing to meet me on almost zero notice right as he was about to leave his shop for the day. Getting an extra key made for my Honda turned out to be a pain, because my only key was VERY worn. Jim took extra time and fitted several tries until he got the fit absolutely perfect!
And the best part? About a third the cost of a dealership. Today was my first experience using Craley's, but will not be my last!

Tried getting a copy of a key made for 09 Subaru Forester from Byers Airport Subaru, people who worked there didn't know what they were doing. Bad experience and way overpriced so I left.

Called Craley's that same day and set up an appointment to have the key made and programmed at the shop the next day after I got off work.

Had two spares cut and programmed for less than the cost of 1 key at Byers Subaru and Craley's answered all my questions and was much more helpful.

I left a message this morning and it was promptly returned. Carley's said they could copy they old key to my 2007 Travel Trailer. I drove in, the gentleman was extremely friendly and professional, and he quickly and affordably produced three copies for me on the spot. In and out in 5 minutes. I'll definitely go here for future keys!

Great service! Jim was very patient when trying to get the right replacement and remote key for my 2016 F150 and get it programed correctly. I would strongly recommend anyone wanting or needing an OEM replacement key and remote to call Jim. Same product as dealers. much better price!

I used Craley's to replicate a key for an older model car (1993). They were able to cut a brand new key for me when my original key was so wore out that it couldn't be duplicated. Fast, easy, affordable. If you're local, you can't go wrong with these guys.

This company was awesome! They were quick to respond when my son locked his keys in the trunk of his car. They helped us problem solve how to "unfreeze" the lock. Another time, the owner came in on a Sunday to make a duplicate key for one of our cars. I highly recommend this small business. Excellent customer service. We will be back! I had a key that I had trouble getting duplicated. I went to 5 different places and had a total of 7 different keys made. And none of them worked. I ended up at Carley's via a google search and being close I thought I would give them a try. They looked at the key understood the problem right away and explained why the key was difficult to make for the lock that I have. The man went out of his way to help me. He custom made a key. And then came out to my house to finally "hand fit" the key to the lock. I also witnessed him on the phone with a customer who he treated as he treated me. Which was nothing less than professional. Hopes this helps anyone looking for a good locksmith.

Had issues with my deadbolt on a Saturday night. Brian was quick to respond and not only fixed the issue but got me a new deadbolt in the matter of 20 minutes. He was incredibly helpful and informative; moreover, he didn't just fix the current issue, but he made sure to put in work to prevent it from happening again. I scheduled an appointment with Craley's to change the locks on a home I purchased. Prior to them showing up I had a couple questions and they answered them so I could make choices on what I wanted to do. They were punctual and very efficient in getting the locks changed. Great Job!
