Service is fast but their prices are outrageous. I guess thats all major dealerships. I have a ford focus I bought from here and I have had nothing but issues with it sadly

Brought a vehicle here to get fixed and needed it back asap. It's been a week and they still have not looked at it to call with an estimate and start work. It shouldn't take that long when other shops could have it fixed already. Called two days ago and they said it would be looked at that day and to expect a call back later. Nothing! We need the vehicle back asap as we are moving next weekend. Worst service I've experienced

Set an oppiontment up to have my vehicle worked on. When I take it there we drop it off, go eat, run a few earns then come back. 3 hrs later my truck hasn't even been looked at! So I talk to service manager and supposedly they do don't do first come first serve like other dealers. They work on the persons vehicle who is waiting in the lobby.. HELLO??? That's the point of an appointment right?! Guess not. Anyways after talking to them they put my vehicle up first.. Turns out it's a water pump issue, yada, yada, yada. Well they have to keep it overnight to order the part. Keep in mind this took 2 hrs to diagnose. WHY COULDN'T THEY DO THAT TO START WITH??? So after all this they put the vehicle outside. Didn't even bother getting it ready for the next day to just put it together and send it out. Didn't get my vehicle back till the next day at closing time Only a 2 star because they actually did fix the vehicle. Otherwise I'd give 1 star!
