I had stopped in on accident, we meant to stop at the dealer next door. Craig came out and offered to help me (without being pushy). It was a rainy day, but he came right outside anyway! He walked me through the different vehicles in my price range and laid everything out for me so I could easily weigh my options.
I was impressed with how much he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want. I had just came from another dealership on that street and they tried to pressure me into a car that was out of my price limit, so it was much appreciated to not be pressured.
I would definitely recommend K&M because they were so helpful!response / report this review -

I arranged a recent service visit using their web based scheduling tool. My service needs included 4 recall notices and a new set of tires. The recall work was free of charge (of course) and the tire price was the best I had found during recent shopping. I assumed the earliest schedule time available was based on parts availability. The recall work went smoothly and was done in 4 hours or less, however the tire installation took an additional day. Whoever arranged for the tires to be there during my scheduled service really dropped the ball. I would recommend anyone getting their vehicle serviced @ K&M be sure to ask if parts are on hand prior to turning over the keys. 3 stars because I believe they are making a genuine effort to learn from this mistake - otherwise I would have only given 1.

Purchased my 2 van from them last week. 7 year old Vehicle. Pat W was awesome. Both times. Not pushy, talked dollars not payments. I have been other places that would only talk in terms of payments not out the door. Both times I had no surprises and no miss understandings. I do not hesitate to get up and leave if something is not right.
Both experiences have been great with my salesman Pat W.

Sean was amazing. He really tried to get to know you has a person, so he knows your likes and dislikes. He wants you to LOVE your new car. I honestly wasn’t going to buy but Sean found me the exact car I wanted at another dealership, which sealed the deal. I LOVE my new car and highly recommend Sean!

Worked with Dan at K&M. Whole business is professional and they truly care about the customers. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. Felt like they are not out there to get every nickel out of you. Great place

Was very pleased with the whole experience. Explained what I was looking for, was provided with options and was given the time and freedom to choose without any pressure. Made for one of the most hassle free car buying experiences I have had.

I have had a great experience with K&M Dodge. Alex my salesperson was very helpful in finding and buying my car and has kept me informed throughout are purchase. I also had my car shipped to my home and the driver Dave was just great. He spent the time to show me all the doodads that come today in these modern cars. I would say if you want service and a great deal contact K&M Dodge they are the best dealer I have come across. (:>)

I had the best Used Car buying experience at K&M Dodge ! My neighbors Don & Kim are deaf so I helped them shop & purchase their 2017 Dodge Journey. Our sales person was Dan Smithgall. Dan was very helpful & I had called him a couple days before I brought Don & Kim to the dealership. Dan said if he didn't have what they wanted, he would find & get whatever they wanted. They originally were shopping for a 2016, however Dan had a 2017 with very low miles & they fell in love with in. They were trading in their Chevy Pickup so while we test drove the car, Dan had their pickup appraised by the time we got back. Dan was VERY patient & professional while I translated information back & forth to Kim & Don. Don had a lot of questions regarding the features of the car & Dan helped answer every question. The gentleman that handled the finance papers was equally as patient with us while we relayed info back & forth. The extended Warranty & Rust proofing was offered & all the options were explained clearly for Don & Kim. I was very impressed with the kindness, patient & friendliness of Dan Smithgall & I highly recommend K&M Dodge Used Cars.

Working with the staff at K&M was great! We live about an hour from this place, so Bruce was more than willing to help us start the process via email & over the phone. He had everything done & ready to go by the time we got there. All we had to do was take our new Jeep for a test drive and fill out some paper work. We were there less than an hour! Bruce is a great guy & we are very happy with our new purchase of a Jeep Liberty! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a car and an easy process!
