After standing at the front desk (i was the only customer in there) they finally acknowledged my existance after a couple of minutes of story telling time between the two frontdesk people. Apparantly the price went up from the last time i was here for the same thing- a $60 difference. I wont be back here ever again. Robbery is legal here.

This was our second time dealing with this company, each time it has been nothing short of a disaster. they intercepted one of our vehicles I called to get information and spoke with "the owner" who had no information and claimed he would get back to us and never did. Meanwhile continued to charge us "indoor" storage fees and when questioned as to why the vehicle had to be stored in doors no one could give us a valid answer. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, the customer service is ridiculous, they take advantage of the situation and charge outrageous prices and can never explain the prices they charge! We hope to NEVER have to do business with them ever again!!!
